Great quality on my Vacation Rental cabin. Started 2 days earlier than we originally agreed upon. The crew was very nice, and I agree with another reviewer, "Well oiled machine." They were very efficient, helping each other out, and seemed to love their work. The finished product is beautiful. I will use them on the next cabin that needs a roof!

The crew arrived early and worked late through the extreme heat we were having at the time. They did a fantastic job and kept us informed as work progressed. The cleaned up all around the house and used a metal detector to pick up any nails that had come down when they removed the old shingles. We were completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

I was impressed from start to finish with this company. Materials were delivered the day before and they were even shrink wrapped; incredible. Next morning the crew arrived before 7 AM and started work shortly after. I stayed home that day to oversee the project and I was impressed with how well the men worked together. Constantly giving each other supplies, tools, drinks, they were impressive. The best way I can describe them was "they were like a well oiled machine." They constantly picked up debris and used a big magnet for nails. My yard stayed clean the entire time they worked. There was not a single minute that the yard looked messy. And boy did they work fast. They removed the old roof and installed the new one by 12:30; a total of 5.5 hours. I could not believe how quickly they completed the job. Within a couple of hours, excess materials were picked up and Junk Be Gone picked up the dumpster with the old roof and work debris. I am 100% satisfied and have recommend Mountain View Exteriors to several coworkers and one family member. If you need a new roof, this is the company to turn to.

I have never been presented such a tailor made presentation that addressed our specific needs. Neil listened to all of our questions and helped us make the decision to go with his company without pressure. We were confident his workers would do the job right so we would be covered by the Certainteed warranty for 25 years and we would have the work guaranteed by them and registered with Certainteed. We really appreciated that Neil suggested going to the 6 inch gutters. What a difference they made. The workers were gentlemen with no cursing or foul language or loud music. Neil and his crew are very professional, very fast and using excellent quality and workmanship. As others stated, he is not the cheapest neither the most expensive, but the value he adds with the high quality materials and extended warranty is compared to none. Definitely highly recommended !!! He communicated thru out the whole project and explained things clearly, so there was no misunderstandings or gray areas. Needless to say, we would look ahead to him on future projects!!!

Neil (the owner) was prompt with the proposal, the price was fair, not the cheapest, not the highest, but after much research was determined to be the best value. Installation was on time, and uneventful. I came home to a new roof, and the installation team did an excellent job of cleaning up before they left the site. I could not be more satisfied with the project, and will not hesitate to recommend this company in the future.

If you want a professional roofing company, Neil and Mountain View Exteriors should get your call. They put a roof and gutters on my home. These guys are prompt and professional. I contacted 3 contractors to do this job. Had to play phone tag with the other two contractors that rescheduled a number of times just to get a bid. If you want piece of mind when having a roof and gutters installed on your home these are the guys you need to call hands down.

Overall the best roofing company in the East TN area. They had to work around some sporadic and rainy weather but were able to get the job done very close to the original schedule. The only reason my rating is not 5 stars across the board is some rushed work on the drip edge and the site was left a little messy but considering all of the weather challenges they did a great job.

The owner and salesperson was great. The contracted crew that did the work kept calling and saying they couldn't make it today. Also the ground clean up was not good. I found pieces of shingles and nails on the ground.
