The crew was polite, neat and were good at problem solving. They installed a projection window and it is a custom job as each install is different. It came out fantastic and looks great. The crew cleaned up after themselves and were on time. Very good experience all around!

Neil gave very competitive price -- roof was more but had many more decking boards to be replaced on roof than anticipated. Was very fair adjustment considering amount of labor. I live in an older 2 story home and has a steep pitch to roof and very labor intensive roof with 2 chimneys. Installers cleaned up daily, arrived early in morning and worked all day, did excellent job. Installers were courteous, polite, and no profanity. Workers worked on Saturday and Sunday as well to beat incoming rain. Very impressed with installers as well as Neil. I would recommend to anyone needing roof -- great craftsmanship on installation and good price for what we got.

Neil gave me a very competitive quote, including remove and replace up to 10 decking boards if needed. My job needed 3 more above the 10 at only $35 per board. Workers started at 6:30 and worked hard all day. They were all polite and courteous but very focused on their work. They brought their own drinks and did not ask for anything. They took one break for lunch. Each worker knew his assigned job and worked with each other very well. Their work was completed to my satisfaction. We contracted to roof my mother's house next door prior to mine but it took an extra day due to the size of her structure. I watched the entire roofing process but that did not bother the workers at all. They all did excellent work. Neil worked with me in coordinating both jobs and scheduling the timing. He showed no pressure in asking me to buy. And, he was accessible by phone and email for any of my questions or comments. I would recommend doing business with Mountain View Exteriors.

Neil came out and did a great presentation, really showed the value of the windows. The installers were GREAT! Took pride in their work, were friendly and answered all questions I asked without making it seem like I was bothering them. Took time and explained how and what they were going to do while installing my windows. Only reason why I gave them 4.5 stars was due to what I thought was a long time for the windows to be delivered, but I also purchased 1 speciality window for my project which could of been the reason.

Great Job replacing 2 separate, old shingle roofs with metal roofing. Crew was courteous and efficient. They knocked out these roof replacements quickly and neatly. Gutters too! Enjoyed the first rain storm feeling protected and dry. I found my roofer!

Work crew very courteous, professional and hardworking. Yard clean-up was very thorough. My new roof looks great!! One piece of shingle was left in my gutter and one of the crew members came back to remove it. Great customer service. Thanks so much!!

Mountain View Exteriors not only replaced our siding, but did a complete exterior remodel on our 1945 cottage. It was a huge project, with many parts and pieces, and Greg and his workers worked extremely long and hard through some harsh winter weather, but proved more than up to the task. They had to tear out the old windows, tear out the rock lath window casings, tear off the existing vinyl and the old sheathing and old insulation down to the studs and install new windows and re-sheath and wrap the house, install a rain screen of furring strips, and install new T1-11 siding, which we wanted to give our house a more old fashioned cottage character. We also had the house re-insulated before the siding went on. It was a long project, which required the assistance of some of the roofing crew who we had already met on our roofing project (thanks Rick, Philip, Derek, and Nick), and every single one of the people we worked with were excellent workers who were enthusiastic and cared a lot about doing a great job. Neil really has a great set of people, and Greg, who coordinated the whole project, is a perfectionist in the best sense of the word. He worked extremely hard himself, and proved to be a true creative genius at making things work on an old and irregular house, with the steady help of his right-hand man Tim, who is an experienced veteran of the construction business. Greg is an excellent communicator and a really great person to work with, which made the long project not only bearable, but enjoyable. And Dan, who stepped in to do some interior trim around our new windows, was just as great to work with as the others and also did a beautiful job. We are thrilled with the results of our remodel. Our house went from the ugly duckling on the block to a beautiful old cottage with charm and style. Mountain View Exteriors helped us realize the dream we've had for many years of turning our eyesore into a neighborhood jewel, and we couldn't have picked a better team to work with.

Neil, the owner, is a really nice person, and Joe, Debbie and all of the roofing crew are excellent people to work with. They arrived on time, worked really hard, and did a high quality job on our metal roof. Not only Joe, but all of his crew were easy to communicate with and seemed to really care about our home and the finished product. They did a complete tear off of our old asphalt roof before installing the metal roof, which none of the other contractors we got bids from were willing to do. This allowed us to discover that our roof needed new sheathing, which added some cost, but gave us the confidence that we now have a roof structure that will last us for decades to come. We really appreciate the thoroughness of Neil and his roofing crew, and would recommend them without reservation.

I had a very profession experience with Mountain View Exteriors; due to weather delays, they worked on a weekend right after the Christmas holiday. My roof and new gutters look wonderful.

Without any reservations, I recommend Neil and his roofing crew led by Joe and Debbie. They told me what to expect, kept me informed, did what they said they would do, answered all my questions, and were polite and efficient throughout the entire job. They re-roofed my house and two farm outbuildings about a month ago. They cleaned up the mess and I have found only one used roofing nail in the yard--I think that's phenomenal! There were leaks around my chimney 20 years ago with the original roofing job and I expected leaking with the re-roofing because of faulty original flashing which I ask Neil not to replace. So it was no surprise when leaking around the chimney happened. But Neil's crew promptly responded when I called after the first heavy rain and I have had no other leaks. I would like to rate Mountain View Exteriors higher than 5.0 but's that's as high as the rating goes.

The installers (Greg and Tim) were awesome. Great job! Greg went above and beyond to assure that the job was completed on time by coming on Saturday to assure it would be completed.
