Neil did everything he promised. Crew showed up on time, can completed the work in a timely and quality fashion. Crew was courteous and took time to answer a few questions for me. I would definitely hire them again.

Upon hiring this company, my wife and I had one request, when starting the project it needs to be finished. No problem that's how we do it, we were told. When installing the roof, that's what happened. Siding is another story, the contractor kept pulling his subs off and moving them to other jobs. Each day when my wife and I arrived home we would anticipate what the house may look like only to find we would have to call and ask why no work was done. Also, at this time we are still waiting on our bathroom vents to be completed and caulking around the windows, which at time of completion, as well as payment in full was made, this wasn't brought up. We like the outcome, however, not the headache of dealing with the issues that arose.

Excellent work. This was a difficult job as they had to remove individual cedar shakes which took longer than expected, but they stuck to contracted amount & worked in 90 degree weather. Very professional and honest, and I am planning to use them for other projects. Will recommend to my friends.

We only needed 2 windows and most companies wouldn't even cone out and give us a quote. They were happy to have our business for just 2 windows. Neil and installer were very nice and professional. The windows came in sooner than expected and were installed the net day. We will definitely call them if we have a need in the future.

What a great job. We scheduled a start date well before the windows were ordered. All 14 windows showed up on time. Installation was started and completed on schedule. The installation crew were very professional and took great care to create minimal mess, clean up after each window was installed, and insure that each was correctly and completely installed. Have already noticed less outside noise getting into the house, so, expect to see less heat and cool air loss. Neal and his crew take great pride in their customer service.
