+ -1 moreI've been using him for one year. His name is Leanne Brooks. He is very nice. I use him in the summer time. He just comes out. I have never really made any appointments. I pay him $55 each time he mows. He is okay, but I'm not sure if I would use him this year. He likes to just mow and he does it well. He doesn't like to trim and do a lot of other things that I need done. His prices are good. He hires people, but they don't necessarily come back with him every week. We have to tell them on a weekly basis what they have to do and what they need to do. He has a communication problem with the people he hires. We both have an understanding. If I get to a point where I'm really dissatisfied I would go and find somebody else.
Description of Work: I use Kodak Mowing for lawn and yard work. He put down pine straw for the mulch in my flower beds the last time he came out. He had mowed two days before that.
