Wonderful! House looks great! Excellent job! Ryan was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The painters were very professional, courteous and friendly and did a great job!

I've been trying to avoid a negative review, but our home was painted in Oct 2019 and I've tried contacting Ryan with little to no response. I understand we are in a pandemic but this has gone on to long. The one day painting was actually five, which we were fine with but so much of it was a rushed job and we gave them plenty of time. Nothing was taped off or covered(Sis have appliances and toilets and etc) and the house had no furniture to move so the job should have been very easy! Sooo let's see we'll they didn't fill hardly any holes and the ones they did they didn't sand. I have paint on my floors, cabinets, sinks, toilets, stove and more. They moved my refrigerator and painted over old wallpaper(didn't tell me) and took down my Venetian blinds and didn't put them back up for 2 months and then the guy put them up wrong so I still can't open and close them. I'm so disappointed because we paid a lot of money but once they were paid it was very hard to get them back. I have tried contacting the owner with no response. I have pictures, if I can load them I will. Some walls didn't get enough paint and some were just terrible. They did come out one time after the job was done to fix a few things but the guy didn't have time so he missed a lot that needed to be done. And I do still have my receipt from this company if I need to prove they did the job. Overall just very disappointed in the customer service and the work in general. Unfortunately would not use this company again.

I have to say that I am extremely disappointed in this company and will be expressing such in a review. I contacted this company to get a quote for a small exterior paint project for our home in Loudon, Tennessee. The gentleman came out and we agreed on a price and time. He was to have his painters come out two days later. When we did not hear from him, I left him a message on his cell phone to inquire as to when to expect the painters. Another two days had passed and we still had not heard from him, so we contacted the corporate office to find out when the painters would be coming out. They stated they left a message for the gentleman that had come to our home as well as his supervisor and that someone would be contacting us. It has now be over a week and we have not heard from anyone. This is a VERY VERY unprofessional way to deal with your customers... and we will not only be using this company, and will make sure that no one else, in our upscale, gated community does either! They should definitely not be on Angie’s list. They’re customers deserve much better!!

I cannot say enough great things about WOW 1 DAY PAINTING (Knoxville). From moment one, we were met with responsiveness, professionalism and above and beyond commitment to do the job well. The job was to paint the walls, ceilings, and trim of approximately 2600 sqft. As if that was not enough, I need to mention the house was originally built in the 70’s, still has some of the original paneling, tiles on walls, and wall paper. I could not be more impressed at how things turned out; it is like walking into a completely new house. A special thanks to Ryan, Scott and the entire WOW Crew – it was truly refreshing to work with such a reputable company where not only was the job completed, but the end product even surpassed my expectations. Your commitment to your customers was certainly noticed and appreciated. I will be sure to call on you for all my future painting needs and would certainly recommend WOW 1 DAY PAINTING (Knoxville) to anyone needing to have painting completed. Thank You!

WOW! Lived up to its name! WOW... they were great. WOW they were professional yet friendly. WOW they did great work. WOW they kept us informed of all they were doing all along the way. WOW each member of the team, from Ryan our initial consultant (who was friendly, informative and checked on the job through out) to all of the workers (professional, competent, and friendly) were awesome! When we get ready to paint again, we will definitely contact them.

Wow did a great job finishing a painting job that was left undone by my previous contractor. Ryan was upfront about all charges which less than the competition estimate. I was able to schedule my job quickly which was a plus. The painter showed up as scheduled, did a great job, and left no mess behind. Great service!

Staff arrived at 8 just as previously arranged. Painters were neatly dressed and were very professional. Supervisor Was very clear on number of people that be working with him. We began with a thorough walk through noting work that was to be done confirming colors. Crew worked steady throughout the day and were very pleasant. Upon completion I looked over each room and could not be more pleased! When they left, nothing was left behind, could hardly tell they had been in my home except for the pretty walls. I would definitely recommend WOW painters. They do everything and more that they discuss in the initial visit!!

They did an amazing job. Before deciding on WOW 1 Day Painting we had received quotes from other companies. The other companies were going to take several days and they were more expensive, too. We met with Ryan Byrd from WOW and we were sold. He was very thorough in understanding what we wanted to have done and even gave us a quote while he was still here so we could ask any questions. Ryan checked in with his team and us throughout the day and even stopped by to check on the progress. His team repaired damaged walls and painted all interior walls in one day and they did so neatly and professionally. The results were beautiful! The painters were prompt, courteous, and made sure we were happy with the results. We then added a couple of other painting requests a couple of days later and they were back out that same week completing those additional tasks. So choosing WOW was easy and we will definitely call them for all future painting jobs and recommend them to others!

We are thrilled with the work WOW Painter’s did in our home. Ryan was excellent and prompt in his communication. Scott and his crew we wonderful to have in our home. I would hire them again with no hesitation. They even gave me advice on some painting projects I was planing to do on my own with no pressure for me to hire them! They have the clients best interest in mind! So thankful to have a good “go to” painter now!

Excellent. Arrived on time, finished in one day. Very neat, taped off everything. Cleaned up & gone. Had one small blemish. I called they were back the following day & made right. True pros well worth whatever job you have.

Ryan and team were our heros. I took a long shot calling him a week before Christmas to get this last project done. Ryan was able to assemble a crew that week and complete the job in the nick of time.

They were very good. They got it done very quickly. Any issues we had they were there to fix them.

Overall this company is great to work with. The painters themselves are very professional and personable. Trey is the man! After an all-day job, there was an issue with a closet in one of our rooms having not been patched and painted as discussed earlier. It was mildly confusing considering the circumstances, but in the end we agreed on an outcome and I am very satisfied. Trey came back the next day and fixed it right up. Ryan is great to work with and is willing to go the extra mile to keep us satisfied. I rated their pricing a 'B' since they were initially much higher than another company's quote that I received. But they matched the other quote, and since I was impressed with Ryan I went with them. Besides, WOW 1 DAY Painting is outwardly concerned with their reviews and that told me they were going to make sure to do a good job.

Excellent. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Excellent quality of work and left the areas clean after they left. Will definitely use them again in the future.

We had a Wow representative come out for a quote to paint the trim in our dining room and the walls, trim, and ceiling of the large landing at the top of our staircase. The visit was professional, and we were immediately provided with a detailed quote. We were pleased with the visit, and we opted to paint the dining room trim ourselves and have Wow paint the landing. My wife called him within minutes after he left to schedule his team to come out to paint the landing (it is rather large and we wanted a more neutral color than the purple the walls and ceiling were painted). We had trouble getting in touch with him via phone, text, and email, but he ultimately responded via text to set up a date that we confirmed. We texted closer to the date of service to confirm the appointment, but never heard back and no one ever showed up. We painted the landing ourselves.

The project went great from start to finish. Ryan was extremely responsive and showed up promptly for our appointments. The work was done quickly and of good quality. I’m very happy with the work performed and would hire again. The paint they use is great, it covered some very rich and dark colors in just two coats.

Painter painted walls, door trim, door, closet door, chair rail, and baseboards. I had a total of 3 different colors. I chose a metallic faux finish paint that was a hassle to paint with but Wow 1 Day Painting handled the issues excellently and the finished outcome looks better than I even imagined! The painter worked **** ** ensuring the room looked great and followed my instructions regarding my dogs and cleaning up in the back yard. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone and if we need future paint services we will be hiring them again!

It was a wonderful experience. Scott's team was approachable, kind and easy to talk to. They missed a tiny spot in less than 24 hours Scott came back to paint it🙂
