This company work and mentioned that they did not pay by Angi. Pro even called the supervisor complaining and saying that I am not understanding how Angi works.

Did not unclog the bath tub, charged $325.00 and left never providing additional repair or quote. Will not give my money back.

Really bad!! Man never went inside the home or talk to tenant about issues/problems. I asked in initial conversation, I assume with the owner on Sat., if he had a camera to run thru the pipes. He said yes, I told him thats what I needed because its an ongoing problem in the hall bath. Repair man dug up outside pipe, said water wasn't going out of septic tank fast enough. I already knew that; doesn't explain why only 1 bathroom has a problem. He never went inside the home or talked to tenant at all! He had already covered up hole before owner knew he was there. They charged me $188.00. I currently have a hold on his check until this issue is resolved. Also, when I asked owner his price for a service call, he said he would have service man call me with a price and to set up appt. I never got a call back from anybody. I called them back on Monday, told I was on the schedule. When service man then called me, he said he still had another call before mine. He just showed up. I would never call this company. Their communication is terrible and work was not what I requested nor problem fixed.

Communication, or lack thereof, was our biggest issue. I knew that I needed flooring work done and when the workers told me that they could take out the floor and repair it as well as install the new toilet I was thrilled to be able to get one stop shopping. I had used Winkle's before and had been pleased with the work and while the estimate seemed a bit high I was anxious to get the project completed because we needed our bathroom in working order again. My husband took half a day from work so that he could be present when the work was being done but they did not show up nor did they call to say that they weren't coming. Two toilets sat in my living room with no communication from them as to when they would be coming back for several days . Their reason for not coming on the day that they had said they would be here was a shortage of workers due to COVID 19. I can fully appreciate that, I do not understand why they could not call and say that they would not be coming or call to reschedule. They were very friendly and the work in my main bathroom seems to have been done well. I do wish that I had not have asked them to come back to do the second bathroom floor. Word of advice...they seem to do great with plumbing their communication skills could use some work.

They came out to assess and worked in the rain within the next two days to dig, fix and refill the ground.

Call in about the need for a plumber at 11:45 AM and it was repaired by 2:30 PM. Other companies couldn't get to me for 2-3 days. Thanks!

I called the company and was promised that a representative would call me back to schedule an appointment. No one ever called so I selected another company to do the job.

I had glass in the disposal and thought I had removed it all. Yet the disposal would not reset and the plumber said it had to be replaced. This surprised me a bit, but I didn't have the knowledge to dispute it. So given that, the job went very well.

Guy never showed up at house. Never called to say he couldn't make it. Very bad professionalism.

Main water line ruptured we were without water. Winkle's responded to late evening call and came out next day and repaired, while pointing out the line had degraded (nothing external such as root caused the rupture) and suggested it would need replaced at some time in the future. We decided to proceed and they arrived on time, did an excellent job, replaced the old line and the old water meter as well, along with a small pin leak underneath the home's crawl space when connecting the new supply line. Very happy with their services, highly recommend.

made first contact on a Monday, the office said the plumber would be contacting me with a time he could come. I never heard from him he just showed up on Friday. I had not explained the problem correctly. He was unable to do the repair due to time and lack of supplies. He contacted a co-worker and they all arrived later that afternoon. The work was done in a timely manner. Left it clean and repaired.

Robert had the leak fixed in under 15 minutes, to my amazement. He was prompt, courteous, and very competent. The charge was reasonable. I would definitely use these guys again, and will recommend them to anyone who asks for a plumbing rec.

Checked pipes under home and tank/pump system. Found defective pressure valve and removed it. Very professional and provided value.

The repairman came promptly and worked diligently to dig to the broken connection, replaced the broken part, replaced the ground in the ditch that he dug, and even seeded. Extremely great work.

Robert answered my call at almost 6 pm Tuesday, and showed up at 8 am Wednesday, having already called the TN call before you dig crews. Despite numerous difficulties due to multiple utilities terminating in close proximity, rock hard ground having to be hand-dug, and the phone line markings being significantly off , the line was replaced and our water restored that same afternoon, Through it all, Robert kept me informed, and was courteous and professional.
