Extremely pleased. House looks so much nicer. Everyone with company was excellent. Chris gave us a thorough explanation during estimate. Office staff were friendly and helpful. Installation guys were friendly and very neat. No damage to wood work or to my garden.

Wonderful, they quoted me at less than half of what Home Depot did and they were very professional and finished in half a day.

Fabulous! Window Works estimator showed up on time, was very professional, and even offered a suggestion which improved the looks of the house and saved us a couple of hundred dollars. The windows arrived when promised and the installers clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The install took only about 3 hours. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the service and the windows.

The job went very well. I am very pleased. Removal, installation and cleanup of materials was great. The crew was wonderful Chris Moon and Wendy Hughes, and staff at Window Works are wonderful to work with. This is my third time using Window Works for home improvements.

My windows were over 20 years old, not sure of actual age, but were desperately in need of being replaced. I researched Angie's list companies and contacted two. Window Works got back to me quickly. The other major window company has yet to get back to me and it's been over two months. That says a lot to me about the quality of their work. The men who did the work came in and took ownership of the job immediately. One worked outside and the other inside. They did not stop from start to finish. I was very impressed by their efficiency and would recommend them to anyone needing this service.

I really like the windows and the job they did. Great price, good service. They did a great job, were courteous, and cleaned up completely when finished. The screens on two windows did not fit exactly and they came back the next day and adjusted the windows and re-calked. I originally had 12 installed and then ordered two more. One of the original windows came out of the track (which I could have corrected myself) but I had them do it when they came back out for the other 2 windows and they gave me some tips also. They also did the paperwork for TVA energy credit of $300 which I received.

They did a good job. They have a good product; good quality and people came in and did all the windows in one day. They also cleaned after themselves. They’re polite and courteous.

Went great. Job took a day. Guys were very pleasant and professional. We had one that was broken and one that was a wrong item and they told us at installation about it before they started the work. They did a temporary fix in those two windows and came back promptly when the replacements came in. They were very neat and the job looks great.

Had some delay with getting the windows from manufacturer but then all went well and all were removed and replaced in one day.

Was completed on schedule, on budget. The crew showed appropriate consideration for working in our home. Cleaned up after themselves very well. The detail on their work was very good.

They were absolutely excellent. We got all kinds of discounts, because it was TVA, and they gave us all sorts of discounts, because it was an upgrade to our home. We shopped around, and they gave us the best fire. It was $2000 cheaper than another company, for the same, exact kind of windows. We have recommended them to several people.

Window works did a great job, the office is friendly, the windows got ordered quickly, and their installers were professional and courteous. I'll be using them again and recommend their windows over many others that compete in their category.

Mr. Moon came out and gave quote. Once we decided to have the job done the installers called and completed the job quickly. They worked clean and were respectful. The only problem I had was getting the invoice to pay them. I left several messages during a 2 1/2 -3 week period after the job was complete. Mr. Moon finally returned my call and said they could not get in touch with the contractor to see if they used any extra materials. Once they were able to get in touch with them the payment was taken within 24 hours. We used them to install new windows last year and also had very good service from them. I would use Window Works again and recommend them to my friends,

The owner came out and did the actual appraisal for me and he was a great, honest, and a trustworthy guy. The people that did the installation were thorough and polite. However, the customer service after the sale was not good. We signed the contract around November and I knew that the doors would have to be custom made at the store, but after two months I called them to see what the holdup was. They said, "Oh, the doors are here and ready." It upset me that I had to call them to find out that the doors were ready and that they did not contact me to let me know at the time they were finished. I informed them that they our appointments had to be made around my doctors? appointments and they called and left voicemails twice to switch the dates on me, which made things very difficult for me. I decided to have these doors put in as a part of an energy efficiency through TVA and it had to be done within a certain amount of time to get the rebate offered to those that got this type of work done. So, once the work was done this provider was supposed to send the paperwork to TVA so that I would receive the rebate. I called them Monday and left a voicemail, but did not receive a callback Tuesday. So I called them back today and finally got ahold of them. I told them that TVA did not receive the paperwork and she put me on hold so that she could talk to the installer. She came back on the phone and said, "Yes, you gave the paperwork to them, but they never took it out of their truck." That is extremely frustrating as they were sure to get their payment in full after the installation and before they left my home, but they did not do their part to make sure I got this large rebate. TVA still has to wait on them to turn the paperwork in before they can do their part to get my rebate processed and time is running out.

Was very happy with Window Works from the estimate phase to the install. Mr. Moon was very personable and honest. He spoke about options with us for each room. Made suggestions for windows but never pushed any extras on us. Gave honest answers for our budget and our needs. We replaced 40 year old wooden windows with new vinyl. He suggested sliders on either side of a large picture window and above our kitchen sink which I am very happy with. The install went well. They were late getting there the first day because they needed to finish another install (we have had so much rain they had been partially rained out). The crew was fantastic my husband works overnights and sleeps during the day. They worked did our bedroom first so that he could get some sleep. He felt comfortable enough with the gentlemen who installed to to sleep when they were there and they were quiet enough that he could. The install was spread over 3 days due to start days. The last day they finished capping outside and were gone without my husband being disturbed at all. Love my new windows and they have saved us on our utility bills. Would highly recommend Window Works. We have gutters that need to be replaced and will contact them for estimates for that work also.

Their service was okay. Everything was good. The price and quality was very good. I cannot say anything bad about them.

I have purchased several dozen Alside windows from Window Works over the past 6 years (I flip property on occasion). I'm impressed with the value of the window and have never been dissatisfied with the quality. While other companies market these windows, I've always dealt with Window Works because of the owner/saleman, Tom Moon. I'm convinced that he has the most experience (decades)in the area regarding any window question you may have. He has a non-pressure approach in his sales and estimations and speaks the truth....he's a benchmark for customer service and is solid beyond the call of duty. He's earned my loyalty. This experience was no different from any of the others....my windows arrived 2 weeks earlier than I expected, the install team was prompt, courteous, professional and skilled. I'm very pleased with my new windows....particularly with the $500 rebate from TVA!

I have had mixed results with window works. The favorable experience was a couple of years ago, when they replaced several casement windows and a sliding glass door, for which I would rate them solid "A". However, after the hailstorm in April 2011, when I contacted them to perform repairs on the metal sheathing, and to get an estimate on replacing additional windows, they were unresponsive. The office gal would take a message, but no one ever called me back. I later learned from my neighbor that they were extremely backlogged, which I can understand, but it would have saved me time and frustration had they informed me of that. Would I use them again? Perhaps, if their backlog has cleared, but I would advise people to find someone else if more than one of your phone calls goes without response.

Installers arrived a little early (before 9 am) and were complete by 2 pm. Windows look great and seem to be of a very high quality. Cleanup wasn't great, but nothing to complain about. Price was very reasonable.

They were very prompt in coming out and explained their product very well. The company price was far better than other companies and in fact several of the other companies that we talked with told us upfront that they could not compete with their prices. We finally went with another company that had a reasonably competitive price and had even higher ratings on Angie's List.

A difficult job because of the structure of the house but looks like a new house!

They did a fantastic job. They were timely. They were here when they said they were going to be here. If I had a problem they were right here and a matter of fact the owner was standing right out. Instead of somebody taking care of it he came right out himself. I didn’t have a hard time reaching them after they did their work. I could easily get hold of them on the phone. They were the best price. I would recommend them. I would use them again in the future.
