We couldn't be more impressed with Williams Door Co. We called them in the morning when our garage door wouldn't open due to a broken spring (with both cars stuck inside). They were at our house by lunch time. The repairman was polite, friendly and immediately put us at ease. No instilling panic or trying to upsell, but a simple "I'll get this taken care of". He repaired the spring and also a broken hinge. He then suggested adding a strut to strengthen the door structurally (which was sorely needed). We then also had him replace 2 nylon roller bearings which were wearing out. At the end, he saw that our manual pull cord was broken, so he just gave us a new one. And the charge for all of the repairs was less than what some other companies charged just to come out and replace one spring. We'd recommend this company most highly! Thank you very much.

I was very impressed with Jarrod, the repairman. He came into my garage and assessed the situation immediately. The spring had went and the arm had fallen away from the door, I was unable to raise the door to get my only vehicle out. He helped get my car out in the driveway and than investigated if he had the available parts with him to fix the door. He was able to fix the garage door immediately. I appreciated the prompt service. I would highly recommend this company. Also, would like to give a shout out to the staff that monitors the phone when you call the company for help, they were equally as helpful.

This is one of the best companies that I have worked with. They were responsive to my questions, quickly gave me quotes, showed up when they said they would and quickly installed the doors and did a very good job. During the following summer a piece of the rubber trim that goes around the door popped off. It was not their fault, it was the aluminum wrapping around the door that had been installed by Woody Brothers that had expanded and popped the rubber trim off. I contacted Woody 3 or 4 times to come look at it and they kept saying they would but would never come out. Williams came out and not only fixed the trim piece, but also repaired the aluminum wrap (he had the color matched nails). I have nothing but good things to say about Williams. The price was very high for two garage doors, but that was because I selected high end units. If I had replaced the doors with what was up before the insurance would have covered it.

They were prompt, good but we had a little issue with the sensor afterwards. They tried to talk us through resetting it but the technician ended up just coming back out on another call. It was very good; we were pleased. He showed us how to fix it. I think their pricing is a little higher than some.

My wife and I visited the showroom and were impressed by the displays showing their products (including cut-a-way sections that show the insulation and quality of the materials). We made our choices of door and lifter and agreed upon a price. we made an appointment for a couple of weeks later since they had to order the door to our specifications. The installer arrived right on time and proceeded to remove the old door and lifter faster than I would have thought possible. This guy (and I wish I could remember his name so that you could ask for him to do your install) really knew what he was doing. He put up the new rails and had the door assembled so quickly that I just was amazed. He installed the new, much quiter, belt drive lifter and adjusted the safety sensors and then showed me how to work the remotes. I am sure that every job does not go this smoothly, but I recommend this company whole heartedly.

They were completely adequate in doing the work. Their price was cheap for what he did but my door is now not perfectly straight; that is my only complaint, but I don't know if anybody could straighten it now.
