He could tell how distraught I was and did not hesitate to immediately resolve this issue. His contact information is kept close at hand and my appreciation close at heart. He provided the same excellent service once again for the most recent issue. He is not only professional, knowledgeable and skilled...he is equally kind and understanding. Outstanding service by Chris and team! Walked through appropriate steps to mitigate, answered questions along the way, was always prompt with service and exceed customer service expectations (assisting on other services, etc...). Would definitely recommend to anyone!

So far so good still have removal of animal yet to go but all entry/ exits have been sealed.

Chris was excellent. On the initial visit he examined the attic of course, but also the outside of the house to find all potential places where wildlife might be able to get in. He explained what he found and what steps were recommended. Chris treated the attic to get rid of the animal smell, set traps inside and out and once the traps were no longer catching mice he then sealed all entry points. The outside traps were moved a few times a week and the attic traps once a week. Chris always called before coming out when he needed to get inside. Really great service!

Michael was knowledgeable and professional. He treated my attic and crawl space for critters (mice and squirrels). He decontaminated the area and secured the attic and crawl space to prevent future issues! He gave great advice for other measures that I need to take to keep the house free from critters! I love the guarantee and I finally have peace of mind that the house is secure! Very pleased!

At first the cost had made me think twice about choosing them, but I was glad I weighed cost against getting the job done right. In contrast to so many other companies I've dealt with, these people answer their phones, pass on messages, return calls promptly, let me know when they're coming, show up on time, and explain what they're finding and what steps they recommend. They stick with the job until we're both satisfied that the problem has been solved. I couldn't be happier with Wildlife Solutions.

Chris did a great job. He arrived on time and was very professional. Seemed to love his job and helping the customer. He provided an examination of the entire house(not just the kitchen/pantry area) and identified one problem area as well as providing estimates for the work he could provide to fix the situation. His examination price is very reasonable for the service he provided. Would use again.

Chris, did a fantastic job of getting these safely trapped and helping with odor removal of one that passed in our wall... delivered all services as promised and really went of his way to help... much thanks!

Chris was very responsive, had the work completed within 24 hours of the assessment. He also went beyond his estimate, improving attic access, plugging some access points , and giving me some advice on things I can do to reduce access. The exclusion devices are currently installed, will assess whether the bats are out this upcoming week

Wildlife Solutions was much more reasonable in cost and very effective. My pest control service quote for the job was literally 3X's what I was charged by Wildlife Solutions and Wildlife Solutions did a great job. Chris was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure my home remains secure from outside wildlife. I'm very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them.

Chris Ragland did an excellent job! He was professional and polite in explaining the each step of the process. Starting with Bio cleaning the attic and setting up large and multi-species traps in the attic and outside the home. Chris was meticulous throughout the whole process. He returned frequently to check the traps as well as call me. The results were positive. The raccoon family was safely removed and repair of the entry points were sealed and secured. Yes, I recommend Chris for any type of wildlife removal problems.

Problem was identified immediately. Information on how the raccoon probably got in and what needed to be done to capture and prevent reentry was provided. Traps were set and monitored daily. Attic was biocleaned. Chris was very professional and very knowledgeable. Also trustworthy and fun to talk with. His advice on what needed to be done to prevent future problems as well as the quick and efficient handling of the immediate problem was very much appreciated. I don't expect to have to use their services any time soon because they sealed up all possible entries into my home, but if I do have any future problems Chris and Mike will be the first ones I will call. I would highly recommend Wildlife Solutions to family, friends, or others in need of animal control.

Spray was very effective but very expensive. Trapping was so-so. Closure of openings was very good. Bottom line: squirrel gone and did not return.

WL was very responsive to our initial call and assessing the problem. Once services were underway they continued to be responsive and would even contact through calls and text messages to stay on problem. One time when the skunk smell was so bad we had to temporarily relocate until WL arrived to spray a neutralizer. Highly recommend Wildlife Solutions to anyone with wild animal issues around or in their home.

We had a horrible odor at Foster’s Jewelry. I tried two companies before hearing about Wildlife Solutions. They were highly recommended by Ray Fisher of Fisher Tire Co. I was thrilled with the results. Chris quoted me a price that was amazingly reasonable. I honestly think that if I had not called Wildlife Solutions, that animal would still be there deteriorating, The animal was inside of a cinderblock! He had a camera on a long malleable wire so he could navigate the camera to find the animal. I’m still amazed that Chris was able to locate the animal. And I’m infinitely grateful.

I was very impressed with how professional and knowledgeable they were about bats. We no longer have bats in our attic and have it sealed up to where they can't get in again. I would highly recommend anyone who is having an animal nuisance to give these guys a call, as they were recommended to me. Pleased customer!
