Being new to the area I was not familiar with the local services and needed a quick "solution" to what I thought was one raccoon living in the roof above my 2nd floor bathroom. I contacted Wildlife Solutions LLC through Lenoir City's Welcome Center Website on a late Saturday afternoon during a UT game and they answered the phone! By Monday the Wildlife Specialist showed up promptly at the scheduled time. The Specialist quickly identified the access points to the roof and proceeded with providing me the details of his plan and approximate cost. At that point I agreed and coming prepared he placed 2 baited traps on the ground. Told me to "call him on his cell phone the minute I hear the trap shut." He explained the dangers and hazards of raccoons and to avoid getting near the cages. The next day the Specialist called me since he didn't hear from me and asked if the cage was empty which it was and he immediately came by and reset the baited traps and moved them to the roof! Boom! 5 am Raccoon #1 male trapped! I called the Specialist in a panic fearful that the raccoon would tumble off the roof in the cage. I am a wildlife lover at heart you know. I just wanted them out of my home and not harmed in anyway. The Specialist assured me that he would be okay and would stop by at day break to remove the raccoon from the trap and reset it. He texted me a picture of the Bandit. I know I aggravated the Specialist by calling with raccoon questions almost daily and the Specialist was so kind, professional, and patient with me. He returned all my calls. Few days went by....and BOOM! Raccoon #2 male captured! The Specialist showed me the raccoons entry and how they had damaged my soffit by creating a 5 inch hole. Things were quiet for several weeks because we had a lot of rain and thunderstorms. Once the rain cleared the Specialist was back at it baiting the traps and check on them periodically. Then BOOOOM! Raccoon #3 juvenile male captured. Little rascal! The Specialist informed me that there were no females and no babies which is very good news. Since the roof above my bathroom is flat with no crawl space the Specialist could not enter during the day and hand capture them so we had to trap them this way. The traps were set out over the next month to ensure no additional raccoons. The plenum was thoroughly treated with Bio-clean to remove the odor/scent and the huge entry point on roof perfectly sealed. This company has proven to be very knowledgeable in this field, gets the job done quickly, professionally, with a friendly smile and is very affordable. I was happy to have called them. I haven't heard a peep, but if I have any other "wildlife" issues they will be the first and only call I make. Thank you so much for making this whole experience a great one.

This provider is definitely an expert. He handles his jobs well. Not only did he take care of the over 100 mice living under and in my house, but he informed me on ways to keep them away in the future and left me some traps to help catch any strays. He really knows his stuff. I have not yet seen the first mouse, let alone a single drop of mouse poop...Mr. Ragland was very professional but personalable too. He was At my house for only a couple hours, and charged an Unbeatable price. This is the guy to see for all your pet removals... Big or Small, he's always on call! He also called a few days after the removal to check on the house and mice. He guarantees his work and values his customers.

Mr Ragland arrived promptly and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. Explained everything he was going to do up front. They arrived on at the specified date and time and removed the raccoons and cleaned up all the mess. I was extremely satisfied.
