It was way back. We were not really happy with Weichert. That was Carol Zimmerman. It didn't feel like she worked for us. She would put us in a compromising position. It was in May when had contact with her. We wouldn't use this provider again. Our house was not for sale and we weren't considering selling it at the time. When I met her she said she would represent me as a buyer but all of a sudden, she said that we needed some paperwork saying that she could no longer represent us as a buyer but she can represent us as a seller. She was representing both me and the buyer and I wasn't happy with that. I thought that was a conflict of interest and at that point, it's almost like we had no representation as a buyer. That was my problem with her because at some point she kind of hands off and we were without her at some point. She was focused on sealing the deal on both ends and threw our interests out the door. The demands that they were making were kind of unnecessary. We had our home already inspected and all of a sudden they wanted it inspected again. I don't feel like she did the right thing as a Realtor. She backed off as a buyer on our end, yet she was still going to make a commission. She is responsive as far as calling us back and all that.

My Realtor for Weichert Advantage in Knoxville was Carol Zimmerman. She was very professional in selling my home. I had tried "For Sale by Owner" which, as in most cases, did not sell the house. Carol staged the house, put it on the internet, and immediately it started getting showings. The house sold shortly afterward. Carol followed through the entire contract and home inspection process, even being with me at the closing. I recommend Carol Zimmerman and Weichert Advantage to everyone.

Gary did a really good job - he sold our house quickly. He was very personable, professional and easy to get along with. He seemed to have a good experience. The payment for his services was based on commission. We were very happy. They always returned our phone calls very promptly, probably within the hour. They were very accommodating and were available any time of the day. We would use them again in the future if necessary.
