I got the worst service that I have ever gotten from any company. I brought in my laptop that the charging port got pushed in and it needed to be re-glued. They quoted me a price of $40 plus parts. They took four days to even look at the laptop and tell me that it was broken and needed a part. Then it took another week for the part to get there. Then another few days to be fixed. I got a call saying it was complete and to come in and get it. When I got there they charged me $40 plus tax. I thought that was a great deal. Then I got it home and the laptop edges were all torn up and the laptop would not turn on. Brought it back and they fixed it. Then two weeks later the charge port broke again. I called in and they said that they would fix it since it was still under warranty. Great right? Well, no. They gave us 5 different times that it would be ready. Still is not ready. They said that they never ordered a replacement part. That the original broken part was still in there and that they did not care about our business and told us that their other customers were more important.  They finally ended up giving us back our laptop that had not even been reopened to get fixed and refunding out money. The owner of the company, Brian,  called us on the phone screaming at us. The "manager" Steven was the most rude person I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy. So now my laptop is not only not working, but it is all tore up from them "fixing" it the first time.
