We never knew what time of day they planned on showing up...if they showed up at all. Sometimes it would be in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon. Not consistent at all. I tried contacting them by phone and it was a nightmare. I started out at #13 in line and when I finally arrived at #1, I was told to leave a message or visit the website. When I cancelled service, I went on their website and thought all was good until I received a bill for services which never happened. When I finally was able to talk to a person, she told me I had to cancel by phone not the website so I still owe for services never rendered. Do not use this company.

Damaged our fence. We contacted them & they said they would be out the next day to repair it. Then I got a letter in the mail stating that they were not responsible. You can NEVER reach anyone there on the phone, emails & letters have gone unanswered. I filed a complaint with the BBB. I would advise everyone to stay away! They are horrible to deal with!!

In the past, they have been especially bad with the recycling service. Recently though, they have been bad with their garbage service. They keep promising to have it picked up at the end of the day, and they keep missing it. They are the only service provider for this in area.
