Once again, Valor knocked it put of the park! Today our tech was Isaiah and what a personable and friendly young man! In a time when our world is struggling with getting people to work and being polite, Valor seems to have mastered the art of finding great people! Highly recommend.

This has been an excellent experience from the beginning and talking to Tessi to the treatment with Samuel was awesome! He explained everything that he was doing and gave me comfort about our pest control. I highly recommend this company! It is so refreshing to see such good customer service!

Samuel came out not only once, but twice due to rain. He was very professional and answered any question I had. Highly recommend and if Samuel comes out, you are in good hands!

Tyler was friendly and professional, and didn't complain that I kept saying Taylor instead od Tyler (sorry!). Everything was explained well, from what would be done to what to do if I still see pests after a couple of days. We'd like Tyler to be our tech again, even my dog, who made a new best friend! The discounted price was a great deal and the payment was super convenient since I was able set my account up with my card saved for a charge after the service was performed. Great job all around!

Perfectly! The fleas have been gone for many months, and Valor schedules new treatments every three months to prevent reinfestation. The rats we saw last month aren't being seen now, so we're sure the bait traps have been sucessful. VERY happy with this company and their wonderful pros.
