Description of Work: Scheduled for contractor to come out to my home and take a look at roofing job on the shed in my back yard. He was on time and I left on my lunch break to meet him. Everything seemed to go well. I just never got a written quote or any correspondence after that.

Description of Work: I have used Unique Construction for several projects and they have done an excellent job every time! I had them install "wood look" tile throughout my entire home and I love it!! I purchased the tile and & grout and they performed the labor. They removed all of the flooring in my entire house (carpet, tile and marble)with the exception of the master bathroom which they had already renovated in 2014. Approx. 2,100 sq ft It was a huge undertaking since they had to move furniture from room to room as they worked through the house. Brian and Jennifer were fabulous and took great care of all my furniture. I have used this company since 2014:They have also painted the outside trim on my house, installed my master bathroom, installed new exterior doors, painted my interior ceilings, walls and crown moulding. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again on my next project!

Description of Work: Replaced wood trim with termite damage, rehung exterior door with hinges moved inside. Fair job on wood trim, door hinge pins were not hidden (which was the whole point)

Description of Work: Paid for the 2 hours for very minor things which were done. Then, they stated we needed a new fan installed and two under the counter lights. Not knowing it would take him all day- trusting since he used only 1.5 hours of the original paid services, we said it was ok. He took all day and in addition to the Angie's List special, we paid a fortune in essence to replace the fan and the lights. I would have preferred him given a total estimate and I would not have done it. I can't see it until next week when I arrive. Can't comment on the quality of the work performed.

We had a screened room renovated into a sunroom and a patio below constructed into a studio. The partners, foreman, and workers were professional and expert and any question that came up was dealt with easily and very cooperatively. They kept the work area cleaned up every day, were considerate of our living space and schedule, and did a 100% satisfactory job. We are hiring them to do more for us. I hope we can keep coming up with more projects!

 + 3 morePrompt and great work. Only complaint is it took awhile to remove truck and supplies when project was finished. I will use them again but will hold back 10-15% until cleanup is done. They are quick and hard working and have a surprising amount of knowledge.

Description of Work: Built out a basement as far as we could afford and will continue the job later. Included framing, drywall, tape and bed, and texturing. Also ran electrical and cable lines and did some plumbing work. Installed doors and trim. Removed pocket door from another part of house and repaired wall.
