I was able to get an appt for an estimate & a firm price quote very quickly even for my very small job. Price was competitive to others. I chose TCT because of Angie's List reviews. They are #1 in Customer Service in my book. Install was scheduled twice and the installer was a no show both times because of delays at other jobs. Sales Rep, though, was very responsive in communicating issue and eventually discounted my install price to make up for the multiple missed installs. Job was complete in the time quoted by Sales Rep with zero mess left behind by installer. I have already recommended TCT to a family member.

Great experience. Before scheduling, I called to ask a few questions. The person answering the phone was quite knowledgeable about their Llumar products (as another reviewer noted, much more so than local competitors selling another brand of film). I wasn’t sure which transmission level to go with, and when I arrived for my appointment the staff were very patient in discussing the various tints with me. I was having trouble choosing between the 15 and the 30, so they kindly invited me into their personal vehicles so I could look out the windows (one had 15 and one had 30 on the rear and sides) . Above and beyond the call. The job went quickly, and I am pleased – their input helped me make the right choice for us. The process left some stain marks on the upholstery below the windows, and when I went in to ask their advice about how best to clean it, they offered to have their sister company (just down the road) professionally clean the door panels, free of charge to me. Roberto, Chris and company there were also great. Excellent, professional service all-around; I am much obliged.

Note..... I am only doing this because as a retired former business owner I know how important feedback is in trying to maintain a positive public image. I attempted 6 times over 8 days to get someone out to my home to give me a quote on a cash-ready project that I am still in need of getting done. After the first call into the office and being addressed as "sweetie" and "honey" I waited for the outside salesperson Evette to call me to schedule an onsite visit. After two days with no response I called the office and again was addressed as "sweetie" and told the woman that I had heard nothing from Evette. She took my info again and said she would have her get in contact with me. The next day Evette called and we set the onsite appointment for sometime in the mid afternoon on the agreed day and it was understood that she would call when she was 30-40 minutes away. The day of the appointment came and went with nothing. I waited until 4:00 pm and called to see when she thought she would be enroute. I got her voice mail and finally at 6:30 pm she TEXT (not called) me to say that she was late due to a doctors appointment that went long. That I was ok with but she left it at that. No offer to reschedule or anything. The next day I called the office because, again, as a former owner myself I was giving the benefit of the doubt and trying to help them save face with a potential customer. I asked for and suppose that I got the owner and explained that at this point I wasn't upset only disappointed and really needed to get this project done asap and could he or someone else come out. He explained that he would get with Evette and have her get with me and get this resolved. As of today (5 days later) have heard nothing from him or her. I can say that I honestly tried to save them from themselves but that was my last attempt.

Woman answering the phone was curt and rude. I inquired about scheduling and was told I could leave it from 7:30am to 6:30pm and they would work it in. I said I'd do that and she then said I'd have to schedule a day for that to take place. I asked twice about cost and she never did give me a quote. Sounds like they are too busy to deal with a new customer. Shame too as I trade vehicles yearly and need tinting done on all of them.

The saleswoman was very professional and could answer our questions - we had talked with another company and the salesman did not answer our questions and left us frustrated. When she went back to her office she emailed pictures of the installers. The installers were professional. There was a gliche and we called them back within 15 minutes to repair it and they did without a question. The saleswoman called us back to follow up with us. I was extremely impressed with the company and employees.

The job went very well. On my first visit to get info and pricing, the young man at the front desk was very helpful. He took the time to explain the differences in the 3 grades of tints and their costs. He did not pressure me to take a particular one. He also took me to the work area and let me see several vehicles that were being worked on so I could see the difference in density of the different tints. The day I went to have the tint applied, they were ready and waiting for me. They completed the work in a timely manner. They even did a bit of custom positioning for me and let me try it before it was applied to make sure I was going to be happy with it. The tint is perfect and I couldn't be happier. If I need to have tinting done in the future, I will definitely go back to Turkey Creek Tinting.

Excellent. I got some bubbling in the drivers side and they got me right in and replaced it for me. Excellent work and product, excellent customer service. Fast and professional.

Quality work. Fast and efficient. Polite and courteous. When I called to make an appointment, the young lady on the phone was very nice. They were booked about a week out, at that time. When I showed up for my early morning appointment, I was a bit upset to find out that the price quoted to me on the phone was a tint that was purely for looks. There was no sun (UV) or heat protection included. The tint with the protection that I wanted was an extra cost. If I remember correctly, it was $20 or $25 more. She did apologize for the misunderstanding as she was quite busy when I called the week before to make the appointment. She did not take the time to explain completely. She also offered me a discount because of the confusion. I already had a coupon from Angie's List so that was sort of a wash. This confusion was my reason for marking lower on the price category. They finished up in about an hour and did a great job. I would definitely take another car there.

Every time Ive been there they have been on time and know what they are doing. The give the customer the option of several different types and levels of tint. They have made the process very easy for me. They are very professional and willing to discuss alternatives when necessary.

Quick, efficient, no problems.

It went beautifully and they did a great job. It was as expected and they were professional. They were great on price. We didn’t have any problems at all.

Arrived promptly and installed tint film, cleaning up after installation properly. You cannot even tell there is film on the window. Excellent job!

Turkey Creek Tinting did a phenomenal job tinting my vehicle. The owner was very professional and checked the work of his employees before finishing the tint. My car is much cooler in the sun and looks great.

I called a couple days prior to my appointment to get a quote and see about how long it would take them to do. They were able to give me plenty of details and options available and scheduled me an hour-long appointment time. When I showed up they started immediately and they were finished in less than an hour. The tint looks great and my wife loves it. I will be going back again with my other cars.
