TOBLER AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE INC

We have been using this company for 10 years. When I called them to get the same tech that we have used for all ten years, they said it would be a few days, so we decided to use someone new. After we actually got him out here for the work. The first day he was here for 2 hours and he charged us for 5 1/2 hours the next time he was here to finish the job was for 3 hours but we were charged for 7 hours. He said he had to do a lot of additional work that was already done before he got here. While he was here he had to keep calling for instruction on what to do next. When we received the bill we were not going to pay as we were grossly over charged. We offered to pay what we actually owed but did not want to pay for work or time that was not involved. We even talked to the owner that my husband sees a few times a week at the Post Office, she said she would look into then we never heard from her again. We did everything we could to work with them to right the bill but they were unwilling to do anything. Overall this was a very bad experience which has ruined a ten year service relationship, and the unit works but does not work properly, we will be looking elsewhere for future HVAC service.
