Brought own trailer to store and they filled quickly, and were very helpful.

They came out last Sept 2016 and did a diagram of what was needed. I reviewed the plan and said it looked fine.and nothing was scheduled, I paid no money and signed nothing. About 6 -7 weeks later I came home one day and they had installed the landscaping. I was kind of shocked that they would do it without first calling me - especially since it had been so long since we had discussed the landscaping. Plus the fact that I wasn't even home! I would have appreciated a 'heads up' they were coming and I would have been home. I would have liked to have seen the trees before they installed them. I would have preferred larger trees than the ones they put in. Just very bad communication on their part.. . The only solution they offered was to come and take all the landscaping out. I felt I was dismissed and that it wasn't a big thing..but it was to me. I will not use them again.

Very knowledgeable and gave us some great advice. Steered us towards a lower cost species that would better meet our needs.

I purchased mulch from Thress this spring and had it delivered. I have also purchased many shrubs and trees from there. Stellar customer service, every time. The folks are knowledgeable and happy to help.

When I got home with my shrubs, I had overbought. I took the extras back a few days later and they processed a return for me. It was quick and easy! They really know their products!

This was one of the first big improvements we made to our home when we started some updates after living here a while. The reason we went to Thress was because we saw someone's yard that we liked. In talking to them, we found that Thress did their work. So we called them and worked with them on our landscaping. Since it has been a number of years, I do not remember exact dates or exact price, but I can testify to how well it has lasted and how much it added to our home. We have had a number of compliments on the work. They removed all the old shrubbery and plants that the builder originally installed. They drew up a plan for us based on what we talked about with them -- we wanted slow growing, low maintenance, but color variety. Once we approved it, they then installed it all for us. We love what they did, and we still are so pleased with it 4+ years later. We think it improved the street view of our home.

I My experience with Thress Nursery Gardens was a breeze. Keith and his daughter, Hannah, came to my home, interviewed me, and then began drawing out the landscaping while explaining everything as they worked. I had input at every turn and my questions were answered. Several days later I stopped by the office to view the finished design. We discussed the chosen plants and Hannah took me out to the gardens and showed me the plants that would be used. While we were looking at the trees and plants I spotted a Red Bud and asked if they could include it but in my front yard. Didn't blink an eye..."Yes, Ma'am." was my answer. I saw a beautiful large urn at their garden shop and ask Hannah if she thought it would work in the area between my house the decorative pond. She offered several options which included a unique way of using plants in the urn. Beautiful! Thress's team came early on a Saturday morning and finished about 3 p.m. The beds looked wonderful, their work area was clean, and before they left I was given instructions on the care of the newly planted plants and trees. I highly recommend Thress Nursery Gardens. They conducted themselves in a professional manner. Did what they said they would do. The only problem I have encountered is the mulch chosen did not have staying power. It seemed to disintegrate in no time. Some of the blame is mine..... I shouldn't have chosen that type of mulch. I can truly say that I did get my money's worth. My plants are health and my yard looks wonderful. I recommend Thress Nursery Gardens without reservations! Thank you Keith and Hannah!

They're family-owned. The have people on staff that have studied plants and help you put together your landscape design. They're very knowledgeable. They have a good variety of different plants.

It was not such a great experience. I love their nursery, but the landscapers came without calling and I wasn't expecting them. They just showed up with a team. I paid more to plant the trees than I did for the trees. If I had known it was going to cost that much, I would have used just an individual. These were not even 20 foot trees. These were just little trees. Because they brought this whole team of 5 people, I was paying for 5 men to dig a hole and put mulch on. That was very overpriced. I did tell them I was happy with their nursery but not the landscaping. I think they just need to coordinate the work better. There is another nursery that delivers trees for free. I won't use Thress's anymore for tree planting. When you have landscaping you are hiring a lot of people and if it is not a big job, you are really overpaying. They didn't do a bad job. It was not the quality but the price of the service.

Keith was professional and selected terrific plants, made changes when asked. He came to the house for the estimates and planning, invited me to the beautiful nursery so I could see the trees on the plan in person. When the crew arrived, they were very professional and very polite. They worked very hard all day and washed down the driveway and grass afterwards. You couldn't tell anyone had been there-- except for the amazing work they did. The plants selections were in terrific shape, great specimens. I will be using them for future projects.

Thress are true professionals. They installed the best stone work around our flower beds of anyone in our neighborhood and help us keep it well maintained. There is a reason this family-run business has been in business since the 1950's. They are in great demand by a loyal client list so we know we will wait in line to get booked but it has been well worth the wait for us.

3 of the 5 trees died. I called to report this and had to call repeatedly. When I finally received a call back, someone from Thress came out, confirmed that the trees were dying and told me to call back if they "got worse". I called back when the trees were completely dead and no one returned my calls or returned to replace them at a guaranteed cut rate. I was very dissastisfied and there appeared to be no recourse since no responded to my last calls. I am now faced with having to cut the trees down myself and to figure out what to do. I told the owner when I had the trees planted that I am disabled and unable to do any any manual labor of that type. So they charged me extra to get them planted. A fourth tree is partly dead at the bottom, but has not yet keeled over.

I had a friend recommend them and the guy laid out a plan for us. We approved his plan. I said that I wanted something that pretty much would take care of itself. He did ask if I would like some roses, so he put a rose bush patch on the other side of the walkway. It looks really nice. The part that was landscaped was small. He also put a Japanese Maple Tree. He put a thick layer of mulch and he dug up the crazy stuff that I planted before which was really ugly. He made a nice curve around our holly bushes. We are very pleased and it looks very nice. He added color and made a nice balance.

They even followed up when the job was complete, they are the only landscapers that I will use in town.
