The movers showed up 15 minutes earlier than scheduled, asked to be given an overview of all the items to be moved, asked if there were any specialty items or items in which needed extra attention or care when moving. After that, they got right to work and worked non-stop until all the items were loaded. They took unbelievably good care of the items we noted as needing to be specialty handled and packed (these were expensive painting and artwork pieces). The movers were very prompt and making the best use of every trip to the truck (they carried more than 1 or 2 items each time they went to the truck), which minimized the amount of time it took to load all the items to be moved. Movers called me on the way to the destination point for the move to let me know they would be on-site within 5 minutes. Unpacking went very smoothly and the movers did a great job of handling the items, being careful to move items through the doorways without damaging the items or the building. They put done moving covers on the floors to make sure they didn't mark up the floors or track in dirt. These guys thought of everything.... They were highly professional, proficient, and got the job done well within budget. We couldn't be more pleased and would recommend this company to anyone needing Moving Services.

They came on time and charged us what they said they would charge us. They did not move as quickly as they could have. They sat around a lot, one guy was on the phone and they also banged furniture in the doorways and walls. They spoilt my walls. The owner?s son was on our crew and he was on the cell phone the whole time and was walking in and out of the house with one thing in one hand. They also broke our washing machine which we had to fix but they paid for it. I spoke to the owner numerous times about getting someone out to fix my washing machine and he kept saying that he was going to do it and he never did it. Finally I had to call someone to have the washing machine fixed and just gave them the bill and told him that if he didn?t reimburse my credit card, he would have lot more problems. They also did not take our credit card and their excuse was that their credit card machine was broken but we did not allow that to happen either.
