Mr Rule came out 30 minutes after he was called and went up on the roof with me to inspect my chimney and roof. He stated he thought the water was seeping and leaking from a valley that was not caulked properly on a cricket near the chimney. He also inspected the chimney then tarped it all because we are expecting rain again for the next three days. He was very courteous, knew what he was doing and was affordable. He also came over immediately after I called which was a very pleasant surprise. You can't ask for better service. His labor was $50.00 and I provided the tarp he installed. I will use him again and may hire him to build me a stone or brick mail box later.
Description of Work: Mr. Rule is a brick and stone mason and he inspected my stone chimney, the chimney flashing and a cricket on my roof because I had a slow water leak into my house near the chimney in the den. He also tarped my chimney and roof until a roofer can come to repair the valley area were the water is seeping into the house.
