They acted like they just wanted to get out of there. Did not offer any solutions to work we needed done.

Contractor showed up on time and finished repairs quickly. Upon inspection repair wasn?t as complicated as i had thought, with no need to install new shingles. Great job and i have hired them to do some additional work based on the honesty and work completed

I believe they did a excellent job, and very speedy with two guys that came out.

It was very good. They replaced some exterior boards on our house -- it was a big job. They sent 2 techs and it was spread over 2 days - 8 hours total.

First of all let me say in today's day and time I feel that there is not a lot of hope and promise left in this country with all of the corruption in Washington Companies closing their doors forever and good honest hard working people left without jobs. Well let me say that as of today my faith has been renewed! everything that is great in America is exemplified by these guys hard work, professionalism, dedication and honesty these guys have it in spades!!. Corey is the first person I spoke with over the phone to get an estimate AFTER I had called at least two other places and they didn't even bother with a return phone call. He arrived right on time to give me an estimate for the work to be performed and quoted me a price which I thought was very reasonable and also gave me a couple of tips, and he even pointed out that the part of the door frame that I thought needed replacing was just fine. There's that honesty I was talking about! the whole time I talked with Corey he made me feel at ease just like talking to a neighbor down the street we set up a time for the work to be done and scheduled it in his calendar he told me who would be arriving to do the work and at what time I thanked Corey and he left. On the day of the job Corey's employee Mike arrived Twenty minutes early!! and there is some of that professionalism and dedication I was talking about. I greeted him at the door and he introduced himself and straight away went right to work and that's the hard work I was talking about!! these guys don't let any grass grow under their feet that's for sure. Mike completed the job to my satisfaction and when he was done the job was actually under budget! I thanked Mike and told him that he did a fantastic job and his timeliness and efficiency were very appreciated. Not long after Mike left Corey called to ask me how the job went and if there were any issues I told him everything went great and if I had any other jobs in the future I will definitely give Corey and his crew a call. To sum up if you have a job or two around the house that needs to be done if you just don't have the tools or expertise like me lol give Corey a call I don't believe you will be disappointed these guys work hard and they work hard to earn your business give them a try!!.

They showed up on time, worked a full day. They did not take unnecessary breaks. They were very professional and considerate of their time. They finished the job earlier than they expected. They cleaned up all of their waste materials and offered to return the excess tile and lumber materials used, but I opted to keep them. Overall I was very satisfied with their service.

I want to to the time to recommend these hard working men for their professional work product. The quality was reminiscent of times past- as in a high quality. I feel the cost is comparable and fair. I also was impressed with the patience and perfectionism in having to deal with replacing a very worn out door frame with dry rot on a 120 year old house. The attention to detail and meticulous quality was a pleasure to see again and one I hadn't seen in years. I will be seeking out Premiere Handyman for future projects. Thank you for a job well done.

Cory was very professional: meaning, returned calls as soon as possible, arrived on time (actually always a few minutes early, which is thoughtful), pulled up all the old carpeting and then removed all the staples in the original hardwood floors. We had discussed earlier that we would need him to take the old carpeting and pads to the dump, which he did for a small $60.00 fee. We are moving from Florida to Knoxville, so all of this was done on the phone, sight unseen. We trusted his reviews on Angie's List and are not disappointed. We have a few major remodeling projects to do, like the bathroom and later finishing out the basement. So, for us, this was a 'trial run' future projects.

As far as we are concerned, we picked two guys that were professional, able to do anything we asked of them, explained everything to us. Corey and Chad cleaned up after they were finished with each job.We will be calling them back in a couple of weeks or whenever we need something done right. We would recommend them to anyone.

We purchased the deal for 5 hours of handyman service for $199. Two men arrived (right on time), so they worked instead for 2 and a half hours as stated in the deal. Mike and Jamy were great. We asked them to replace two outdoor wall light fixtures, hang a heavy mirror, and fix and paint broken trim around two doors to our deck. They completed the work efficiently and professionally. They managed to get everything finished with a little time to spare, so I asked Mike to look at a faucet that wasn't putting out cold water and a malfunctioning light switch. Both problems were bigger than could be tackled at the time, but Mike gave his best effort to figure out what was going on. I am so impressed with the Premier Handyman that I have actually hired them to come out next week to repaint our garage doors and install tile on our front porch. The quote for these projects was in line with what I expected and I am confident the work will be top notch. I'm sure I will continue to work with Corey and his team as more projects arise and I give them my highest recommendation!

Handyman inspected plumbing in 2 bathrooms and found no leak. Then handyman went up into attic and found roof has been leaking.

I contacted Corey to see if they could do what I needed for the rental house that we own. Corey was extremely helpful and assured me that he could. His price was very reasonable and he only charged me for the 2 hours that he worked instead of the entire price via the Angie's List special which saved me about $50. He was very punctual in setting up a time to go to the rental house when the tenant would be at home and provided me with a detailed invoice and several ways to get the payment to him. The tenant contacted my husband after the job with completed and was extremely complimentary of the work and the professionalism of the worker who was Steve, I believe. I spoke to Corey after that and he was pleasant and helpful. I will use this company again especially on the rental property that we own.

He has not done the work but has been very responsive to my questions so far.

I first use Cory on a big deal offer and his work was fine so when I needed other work done on my home I contacted him again. I have been very satisfied with his work, even the little things that are so hard for a senior lady to do like lowering a mail box have made my life easier. the quality of his work is very good. As I keep adding to my fixer up home I purchased 3 years ago all of the improvements that were made were of fine quality. I will most surly be using his services again.

Brought one man with him so it was one and a half hours for the deal. They were very nice and understood what we wanted with our cabinets. They hung the cabinet and put knobs on.

They were very prompt and courteous. The job was well done and I will use them again.

The end quality of work was good, but I did have to supervise to make sure they followed my directions and everything went fine. They sent out two individuals and they were here for over an hour and a half which I was charged additionally for because the Big Deal was for three-man hours. I wish they would have explained that if they sent out two individuals the Big Deal would only be good for an hour and half just so I knew what to expect when they came out. He charged me a $15 fee because of where I was located, but ironically he is very close to me. He is only about 15 minutes away from where I live, but because I am in a different county I was charged. I don’t remember seeing that on the coupon. I wish this fine print could have been more explicit because I don’t know if I would have agreed to the Big Deal if I knew all this. I was charged a total of $230 on top of the Big Deal for labor, parts, and travel. His normal hourly rate is $90/hour which I feel is high.

The first time we hired Corey and Chad, they addressed some problems with our bathroom. We appreciated the time they took to assess the situation and review options with us, and ultimately we all agreed to have them remove the affected drywall and replace the shower area with new concrete board and complete all the associated trim. We made a trip to buy supplies while they started on the demolition. While they were waiting on my husband to return with supplies, the guys were never idle. Corey showed me a couple of useful tips when he noticed I was DIY'ing some trim work. They cleaned up after themselves very thoroughly and were efficient and hard-working. My husband is rarely satisfied with work he doesn't do himself (ha) but he has been quite happy with Corey's work. We're already planning to hire him to come back a third time.

I first called a plumber that had done work for me in the past but after he looked at the job he said he just couldn't get under the home and wished me luck finding someone to repair the leak!!! I called The Premier Handyman and spoke with Corey. He gave me an estimate to repair the leak... I told him to move forward with the job as soon as possible....he started right away and worked for many hours and fixed this leak that if left undone could have destroyed my home with mold, wood rot etc. This was a huge undertaking because the foundation crawl space is very low to the ground where the water leak was. . I would recommend The Premier Handyman for any job large or small to anyone that needs quality workmanship at a fair price.....in this day and time that is hard to find! Corey has done a complete bathroom remodel for this home as well built a custom bay window,installed doors, interior painting, installed crown molding, installed vinyl siding, insulation, electrical and much more. Corey has a very professional demeanor and relays that professionalism into all the work that he does. I am beyond pleased with the work that was completed on my home. The quality of work and thoroughness he brings to the job was an extremely refreshing change compared to other contractors that I have worked with. I would absolutely recommend his work to anyone that I know and can confidently say that he is one of the best in town. For price/quality of work that he does his business is absolutely one of, if not the best in Knoxville. Even after the work was completed, he meticulously ensured that everything was done to my satisfation and even went as far as to call a week later to ensure that I was still satisfied.
