WE WERE TO HAVE THEM COME OUT FOR ROACHES. SO WE SIGN UP. CARD WAS BILLED IMMEDATELY. 139.50 AND WE WERE GIVEN AN APPOINTMENT TIME FOR A WEDNESDAY. WE WERE CALLED AND CHANGED TO TUESDAY . EMAIL CONFORMATION OF THE TUESDAY TIME BETWEEN 8-10 AM. SO WE PAID AN ASSISTANT TO STAY AT OUR PORPERTY TO WAIT ON THE TECHNICIAN. NEVER SHOWED NEVER CALLED TO CANCEL OR SAY THEY WOULD BE LATE . MY HUSBAND CALLED TO CONFIRM AT 8:35. YES THEY ARE COMING HE WAS TOLD. AT 12:30 HE CALLED BACK. AND WAS TOLD THEYHAD US DOWN FOR THE 20TH DAYS FORM ORIGINAL TIME. WE ASKED FOR OUR MONEY BACK AND WAS TOLD BECAUSE 'WE' WERE CANCELLING THERE WOULD BE A 20% CANCELLATION FEE , EVEN THOUGH THEY CANCELLED ON US BY NOT SHOWING UP OR CALLING TO SAY THEY WERE NOT SHOWING UP. I WOULD GIVE THIS NATION WIDE COMPANY A BIG FAT "ZERO" FOR A REVIEW .... NEVER EVER WILL I CALL A NATION WIDE COMPANY AGAIN !! OR THIS COMPANY

I keep an contract for an yearly visits. They are professional, and reliable.

We pay an annual fee for them. Everything about them is average. They don't go out of their way to keep customers.

We've been using them since '85. We have a termite bond, they come out once a year. They come out and redo the little green things in the ground twice a year. They're okay. It depends on the individual, a service person comes out. We haven't had any problem. We have a bond with them.

Most of the techs are knowledgeable and professional. It depends on the tech, who's at the home for about a half hour each time. I've never had any problems really. I like that they'll treat the house for free if they find termite damage after they've come to inspect.

We have been using them for about 10 years. They come twice a year and it's $75 each time. Their service has always been very satisfactory. If we find any critters, a breakthrough any time, we call them and they come right out. However, once in a while, one of their people will not show and not call to say they're not coming.

They come out regularly. They just come out and do their thing. It seemed to work. It's good. They do their job. I don't have a problem. The problems disappear. They did the garage without an additional charge. They're always there.

They come yearly. They treat me for termites.

So far, they did a good job. I would use them again.

The Salesman set up appointment on same day that I called in. He arrived on time, listened carefully to what I wanted him to do. He performed a professional inspection, made appropriate recommendations and outlined a proposed solution and pricing. We negotiated a contract on the spot. He refused to take any money or have me execute the aggreement and stated that I would be contacted within two days to schedule the services agreed to. The office called within the agreed upon timeframe and scheduled the work for That Friday at 8:15. The technition arrived at the appointed time and went about his work professionally. He communicated well and finished up his work in about 3 1/2 hours. He presented the expected paperwork. I found different language in the document presented than had been negotiated with the salesman. When I questioned it, I was told the boss had made the change because he didn't like the language that had been negotiated. I asked to talk to the supervisor and was immediately connected with the office manager. I explained the situation and the language and he assured me that they would honor the language and intent as it had been originally negotiated. We reached a mutual understanding and finalized the language, after which I signed the contract and provide a check as payment in full.

Excellent service and responsiveness. We had concerns that we had bed bugs. (We had found dead bugs and had a visitor who later discovered they had bedbugs.) I called Terminex, and they originally tried to schedule me the next day. When they didn't have a time slot that day, they were going to set one up for the following day. However, they were able to book me that afternoon. Not long thereafter, I received a call from the inspector who asked if I was available that same morning. He came out, inspected and discovered that we didn't have bedbugs. He said that he could treat if I wanted him to, but he didn't believe we had a problem. The bugs we had found were not bedbugs, but carpet beetles.

The guy was really nice. We have not had any bugs.

They come out and do their job. They do fine. The price, professionalism, and quality are good. The responsiveness and punctuality are great. I will continue to use them in the future.

I don’t know if there’s anything they can improve on. They come on their own and I don’t have to call. They always leave a message about what they’ve done; that’s good.

They inspect and spray for wasps around the outside of the house. Their price is competitive. The one time I had to call them, I got a call back and a visit within a day. They are within their time frame when they say they will be arriving.
