TERMINATOR TERMITE & PEST

A friend recommended him. I haven't priced a lot of them but his price seems reasonable. He is very punctual. He makes his appointments before he leaves.

I called Joy and Angie (the Ladybug division of the Terminator) based on a flyer they left in my mailbox. They setup a time to come out and give me a free estimate. They verified that there were terminates in one part of the carport and we decided it would be best to treat the house and carport. I didn't get any additional estimates so I can't confirm whether the price was good or not. I also didn't do any research about ways to treat for termites, so I just went with their recommendation of using Termidor. They were able to schedule the treatment in short order. To do the work, they came back with Larry (owner of the company). Didn't like: They had told me on the phone I would be provided with a letter detailing the treatment (necessary when selling the house) when they came over, but then they told me in person to call them and request it when I was getting ready to sell the house. I live in a duplex and originally they said that, by law, they would have to extend the treatment 2 feet on my neighbor's property to ensure that my property was fully protected (which I really didn't want to do), but then they didn't end up doing this. (Maybe it wasn't actually required by law...) Liked: The treatment - digging up dirt and putting down the chemicals then putting the dirt back - seems fine. (I can't see or smell anything.) They dug up some dirt around my sidewalk to help rain water drain. They saw wasps in the carport and got rid of them for free. And they provided me with guidance about repairing the area the termites damaged. I wish I had done more research on my own and gotten additional estimates so I could have felt more comfortable with the whole process.
