 + -1 moreHe came by to look at my unit that was not working. He told me it needed a new compressor, but it was a fifteen year old unit, and that it would be better to replace than to fix the compressor, because all parts were original, and the unit was approximately 15 years old. I agreed to fix the unit. He came back the next two days, installed the unit, hauled off the old unit, and was a pleasure to deal with.
Description of Work: Replaced a gas heating and air unit, at one of my rental houses.
