The plumber was professional, courteous, honest. Inspected my issue, and found the problem. Walked me through every step and showed me what he was going to do. Gave me options, and his wisdom on both options

They did great job. I think they are too pricey for my budget. They only had Premium faucets. My house is older. I would have preferred standard fixtures or middle of the road priced fixtures. My grandson said the fixtures are too fancy for my house.

When I called, they were able to send a plumber the next day. He was very pleasant and professional, but was unable to localize the exact site of the leak within the wall and, rather than continue to make holes, contacted their leak detection specialist, who came the following day. He and his associate were able to find the exact location and repair it. All of the plumbers were exceptionally professional and pleasant

They are not the most inexpensive and the most expensive and they are professional. Patrick helped with my issues and diagnosed all my issues before I was able to bring them all to light. He even diagnosed an issue that had been bugging me but I didn't know the cause of it. If I could give 10 stars I would.

We needed to run an additional gas line out from our meter to use our new gas stove/oven. After getting "ghosted" by independent contractors on multiple jobs, working with Tennessee Standard was a breath of fresh air. Transparent in both the scope of the work and the costs, we went from quote to work completion is about a week. Will definitely be going to them for any future plumbing work!

Jonathan Marsh and his assistant Carson Balka re-plumbed my 2 story home with all new lines. I can't say enough good things about their work and hope their employers appreciate their diligence and good attitude. Jonathan and Carson arrived in uniform and got right to work. They cleaned up all the old copper debris and then cleaned everything else up. I did a walk through with them and they explained each process. I would recommend them to anyone needing any sort of plumbing work.
