+ -1 moreNobody came to my house or contacted me. Although I cannot evaluate the performance of this service provider because no service occurred, I can comment that they told me they would come to my house and call me just prior to arrival. They never attempted to let me know they were not going to come. I can understand that they may be too busy, but they should at least have called to tell me so. My wife and I stayed home the entire day with the expectation that we would hear from them. After not hearing from them we called another local firm and engaged them for lawn maintenance services.
Description of Work: I contacted Tennessee Lawn Care on 5.10.13 to find out if they could begin servicing my lawn (mowing, etc.). They told me they would send a representative later that day to look at my yard and tell me how much it would cost to perform services.

+ 0 moreThey do great work and they were always on time as scheduled. They came with their heads on straight and determined to work. They followed my instructions very well and they always said please and thank you and were very dedicated.
Description of Work: They fertilized and aerated my lawn. They also took care of my flower beds in the spring and cut my grass.
