Tennessee Deck and Fence

TNhome is the real deal. We needed to take down our 20 year old deck & build a new one. We had few quotes & talked to multiple builders. We ended up with TNhome. This is my experience with them: * They gave us the BEST quote. They also gave us different pricing options to choose from. * They do all the required permits & architectural designs. They communicated with the city inspector before, during and after the job. * They are professional and they did what they said they will do, EXACTLY. * Our job was big (≈600 SF) and a bit complex, with variable heights from ground (2-12 feet), 2 sets of stairs and a gate. * Problems happened mid-project, with city inspector requesting changes that he never mentioned before. TNhome worked with him and modified the job. They kept us in the loop & got our approval before applying any change. * TNhome is a quality company. I am very impressed and pleased with our new deck. Brett and everyone that worked here were amazing!! We needed a new deck and small fence for my dogs. It was a small job that they treated like a big job!! They were on time, so polite and FAST (but did it with care). I found them by their reviews because they are the best! When Brett came out for a quote, I let him know roughly what I think I wanted and he showed me a better way!! This allows my dogs a good play area but also always me more access to everything!! I am SO happy with the work that TNhome has done on my deck! They were on time for the estimate with open and honest communication and fair with their pricing. That is why I initially chose to hire them. After I saw the original quote, I needed to make changes twice and they were quick to respond and easy to work with on those changes. On the day of the work, they showed up right on time and had the work done quickly and efficiently. I LOVE my completed deck. The fencing is beautiful and was done in one day. It is a great country ranch fence. The only problem was that this kind of fence was not what we ordered. We wanted field fence with metal post stakes so that the fence would blend in with our trees. Make sure you get a written contract so that you'll both have it in writing.
