Description of Work: Jesse did the plumbing for a master bathroom renovation we did in 2011. We had a small problem with one of the faucets today (the handle came off of its seating), and I called Jesse this morning at around 8:05. He was at my house within 45 minutes, reinstalled the handle, and would not accept any payment for his service.

Description of Work: A plumbing company, Sanders, did some work when a tree fell on my home. They were to move the solar panels for a new roof and replace them and replace the copper pipe under my home to the propane tank. They kept the copper, the propane emptied under my home, and they demanded more money than the $1,500 to set up the solar system....the could have killed me and did such a bad job on the solar panels it had to be redone. The additional money they wanted was to repair the damage caused by them including extensive damage to my new roof. Jesse came out and fixed everything....was professional, reasonable, and provided a concise report of the damage done by Sanders in detail....he stated the craftmanship was 'awful' and detailed what was wrong so I could have it addressed. His work is amazing, his character is the same and his honesty and integrity beyond approach. E. Shannon Szito

Description of Work: Our home is a labyrinth of add-ons through the years, in addition to being 55-60 years old. We developed plumbing problems and tried to take care of then ourselves (Drano, snake to clear lines, etc.) After no success and a terrible odor had developed, we called TNhomecraft and Plumbing, who had been recommended to us. What they found was a real mess!!! The bottom of our main bathroom pipes had fallen out and distributed YUCK thoroughly under our house. This was no simple fix. It required much new pipe and incredible maneuvering on their part in a swamp of nasty stuff ion a tiny crawl-space under our house. Needless to say, the 'surgery' was major and many lines had to be replaced with up-to-date pipes. We had two additional bathrooms added at different times, plus kitchen plumbing with lines added over and under existing lines--a hodge-podge of lines to deal with. In the process of reconnecting everything, one connection was missed. After a week or so, we called back to say there was still a problem. They came immediately, told us it was their fault, made the reconnection and spent the next several days cleaning up under the house. There was no charge to us, the odor was gone and Jesse Katz, the owner, even dropped by recently to see if everything was OK. It would have been simple for them to sidestep the 'new' problem and charge us but there was no hesitation on their part whatsoever. They were very professional and thorough and went far beyond what I would have considered normal to ensure that everything was done well. I would recommend this company to anyone having a plumbing problem and would believe that any job they took to do would be done in an exceptional manner.
