Tennessee Chimney Care

Nice people, friendly. Fall 2018 Installed Chimney sealer after cleaning and removing loose materials. Chimney was 30 yrs old. Took pictures for me. I had Brandon back this Oct. 6, 2020 to sweep chimney, went well, cleaned smoke shelf, made no mess in house. I have used may Sweep companies in Knox County, I'll stick with Tenn. Chimney Care.

Awesome, the men were super friendly. Wore masks. Paid a little attention to our Scared animals who were a bit nervous about everything happening and the noise. They repaired the chimney that had a crack (FOR FREE). They were on time...very professional. Yes I would recommend them.

Pro was professional, reasonably priced.

Owner couldn’t give us the help we needed but he still spent time trying to figure out a next step for us in solving our problem. I would recommend this company for their work ethic.

Mr. Brandon was here before and worked on the chimney cap to stop leaks during heavy rains in our fireplace. He repaired a crack that developed on the cap. He examined the Lymance damper and found no new issues. He came down and examined the fireplace and the damper. Since we have a gas fireplace that is vent-free. Closed the built-in damper. Mr. Brandon found no problems in the flue. When asked for the charge, he said that the visit was free as he had worked to resolve the issue before and there was no charge for the day.

This chimney sweep was superb! I would hire him back in an instant. Knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, good with kids and dogs, very reasonably priced!!!

Brandon and his crew was awesome, I needed my whole chimney repaired from old age. He was very professional and did a wonderful job. Always on time if not early and made my chimney look great. Very pleased with the work so glad i found him.

Beautifully done! I'm very impressed with the professionalism, from the equipment to the service itself and Brandon and Ronda. We hadn't had the chimney swept in a few years and Brandon tackled it like a champion, Ronda assisted and they left the the area absolutely spotless. One of the things that most impressed me was that they care for their equipment which means the hoses are clean and the drop clothes are clean and don't leave ashes or soot on the floors and surroundings of the fireplace. Tennessee Chimney Care/Brandon and Ronda are terrific and I even wish I had more chimneys for them to clean! :)

My chimney was flagged after a home inspection. I needed a chimney inspection ASAP in order to sell my home. Called TN Chimney Care. On late notice they made time to inspect my chimney. They were very professional and explained the situation with the chimney. They even called around to find some materials I need in order for a small repair. I am very happy with their service! I would highly recommend TN Chimney Care.

They educated me on all the components and risks of the fireplace. They were great, I would recommend them to anyone. They were very respectful of my dogs, and keeping the house clean.

Brandon was very punctual. He did a great job. Left my house very clean. He pointed out a crack on the floor of our fireplace and told me how we could fix it. He also suggested a tree service to get a tree trimmed away from our chimney that could start a fire. He tightened some loose bolts on our damper. He was very friendly, prompt, and professional. I will be calling him again to get our chimney swept in the future!

Brandon returned my call quickly was able to swing by that same day on his way back from another visit. He performed the services very well, actually being rather a perfectionist, and explained the work thoroughly. He related the pros and cons of needed repairs. We decided to order a more expensive chase cover that would last for decades. We have a two story house of which Brandon had to go on top. He and his wife were pleasant and professional, and we would recommend Tennessee Chimney Care to anyone.

Very well, Only glitch was that the TCC folks were an hour late for the initial appointment. In all other respects, they were prompt, professional, and delivered excellent quality work.

They were well rated, had an excellent price, and seemed nice, professional and knowledgeable on the phone. I cannot express enough what a wonderful experience it was dealing with them!!!
