After I got the adjustment amount from my adjuster I called to inform Team roofing. I will not mention names but one showed up and mentioned I needed rain gutters and offered to do that in place of fixing my roof. Really? I have went years without these gutters and yes I need them but right now my roof needs fixing so of course the answer was a shocked NO. That ended that conversation. A couple days later he came by and said he would return in a few days and I never heard from him. I finally called the main office number and talked with the office manager and she said she had told them not to come here because people were still without power. Hum family was here was it? Anyways she said she would get in touch with them. Well needless to say he wasn't happy with my conversation with the office manager. I said nothing to her I had not said to him and his partner. If you are doing or saying something you don't want the office manager to know then maybe you shouldn't be saying or doing it in the first place. The end result was under "mutual agreement" He would tear up the signed agreement which I am happy to say was ok, I don't want someone on my roof that is unhappy with my straight forward approach on everything. I had been up front and straight forward with them since the beginning. I spoke with the office manager (who seemed very nice) again and got the papers of the release of contract sent to the adjuster so I could have the check for fixing my roof, changed without Team roofing on it. This was March 12, 2015. The office manager was to get workers to come to my house to remove the tarp and repair the holes from where they nailed it on my roof, which was not needed in the first place. I gave them a few days to call me. I never got that call. I have been calling and leaving messages every since. I have roofers to fix my roof but can't do anything until team roofing comes and does their part. I am sitting here with my hands tied because I can not get Team Roofing to do their part so I can get the other roofers to fix my roof. The last message I left was Friday around 10 am with the statement they were giving me choice to but to take action if they didn't contact me, that was plenty of time to call me and it is almost 1025 am there at this moment. I do not know what else to do besides this and BBB which they pranged about when they got me to sign contract. Hopefully with this out there others will not have to deal with what I have. It seems as if things don't go their way they ignore you and leave you with your hands tied with no out of your situation and I do not want anyone to go thru with this. I have gone over a month after the storm with my roof needing fixed. Please look at other roofers before you go with these guys. If they did a good job for you then I am really happy for you and blessings! My experience was not so lucky. I don't recommend them to do anything. They showed up when I had no electric because family was here? They try to manipulate themselves into doing your roof so if you don't ask questions then you could be agreeing to a contract you don't want. I feel so lucky I was able to get out of mine, but be sure to get a letter to prove the contract is void. They wanted to put gutters on instead of fixing my roof because the insurance adjuster didn't offer them enough money. They ignore calls after they are done with you and don't want to deal with you anymore and don't want to fix the error they did. Example my roof can't be fixed until they do their part. My experience is honest and to the point because I do NOT want anyone to ever have to go thru this. Good luck and Blessings everyone!

They were just wonderful. It was an excellent experience. They were here when they said they would be. They did a great and nice job. They went above and beyond because I had some problems with the screws which had knotted inside of the roof and they replaced the board and put a wire around it so they can?t go back in. The guy was professional and he is a nice. Everything he said he will do was done. He communicated well with the field guys and was here so that everything went well.

Team Roofing did a great job all the way through! John contacted me the day after I e-mailed them for a quote. The estimate he gave me was the final price. He brought proof of insurance, and a list of houses they had done in the area so that I could see their work, and have a better idea of shingle colors. The roof was scheduled on the day I requested. The crew showed up about 7:30 and started work right away. Despite the fact that it rained a couple of times that day, and the crew had to tarp everything and stop working for a while, they finished the job in one day. The worked until almost 8:30 that evening. They left the area clean. They did a great job. I would highly recommend Team Roofing.

We are very pleased with Team Roofing. They were very professional and all the work they did was fantastic! They really helped us through a difficult situation. Anytime you are dealing with insurance companies and adjusters, it's a pain. They made it very easy! They had some problems with the siding order not coming in on time, but they were great with communicating with us about it and very apologetic. I dealt with John Soter, and he was very kind and professional. Any concern I had, I called him and he handled it right then! I am very happy! If you want your home done right, these guys are the ones you call!

They were great. They have excellent communication. The work was quality. I haven't had any problems.

First of all, we were super pleased by the original roofing job. A large crew came before dawn to start the job. They worked steadily throughout the day, and finished just as the sun was setting. They cleaned up all the debris and used a magnet to get the nails that had fallen on the ground. They were prompt, professional and fairly priced. There were no hidden fees, no extra charges. When we called them two years later and told them about the vent problem, they sent three men to fix the problem, free of charge! This is a company that provides extraordinary service and value. The only thing that needs a bit of improvement is that they take a rather long time to return phone calls.

I am very impressed with this company. In July, Carla, gave me an estimate since I had concerns over the workmanship of Burell Built. I am never had the pleasure of meeting with Carla, since I was at work. She promptly e mailed me an estimate and also an eagle view roofing report. I have spoke with her over the phone and she is always very professional and kind. She has a lot of roofing knowledge and I enjoy dealing with a female. I will probably have to re roof this home and will keep this company in mind. I have not given this company a dime, and they have been more reponsive than the company that got paid for the job.

This was an insurance claim. They worked with our insurance company and then did not charge us our normal $1000 deductable. So, we had no out of pocket expenses. All appointments were timely. The roof was completed very quickly and the clean up of the old roof, etc. was done immediately. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to friends.
