This was a very bad experience. I had originally had Matt come out through a home warranty call. He performed those services well; however, I decided to call him back for some remodel work and things changed. I needed two bathtubs replaced. That is remove the bathtubs and replace with new ones. Sweat in new valves and change the trap for upstairs bathroom. Minor demo involved as the downstairs was completely gutted and the trap accessible from downstairs ceiling. No tile or remodel work was necessary as we had other contractors lined up later in the week to perform those jobs. Subsequently, all the other contractor appointments had to be cancelled and put on hold until another plumber can complete the work. I missed three days of work and pay to make the appointments to complete the work. No call and no show....I even called to confirm the third appointment the day prior with the note that the owner would show up to help complete, and they had the audacity to still not show up. The thought that they feel our time is not valuable...unprofessional. I find it hard to fathom that a business can brush aside approximately 2K. the only thing I felt was fair at about my experience was the proposed cost of the job.

I had a plugged drain line and he had to dig up where the clean out was. He took forever to find it and had to come back next day because he said they had an electronic gizmo that would immediately find the location. However, when he came back, he did not come with the gizmo as it was on another truck. Finally found cleanout and had to dig up a hosta. I ran every faucet and flushed all toilets and he said nothing was wrong. He left the hosta where he put it and did not replace. So, took forever to find, no problem found and plant has to be re-planted by me and out $300.
