Description of Work: Susan was an amazing realtor for us. We were moving out of state from Texas to Tennessee and she blocked out a weekend for us to come up there and look for a house. She helped us find the right house in one weekend! She has also helped us make a lot of changes to the house to get it move in ready. She is available when we need her and has helped us work out every issue we have had to address.

After moving into the our home, we made the repairs and changes to our previous home as she suggested and sold it for the asking price in under 3 months! We highly recommend Susan's services to everyone. She is outstanding! Even now we can call ask for guidance on improvements that increase the value of our property.

 + -1 moreSusan gets feedback from every realtor after every showing. She receives feedback and makes necessary adjustments to help us achieve our goals (e.g. getting the most for our home). Susan went as far as moving boxes out of our garage and helping us find storage for them, in order to help sell our house. Not every realtor is willing to perform physical labor to help sell a house these days!!! She is definitely seasoned and well experienced in this area. She is our #1 choice!
Description of Work: Susan will do whatever it takes to sell your house. She knows the market, does her research and will keep a close watch on its progress. I feel very comfortable with her as my realtor.

 + -1 moreSusan is an excellent realtor! She helped us buy our current home and being an older home (1950s) she made sure we knew what we were getting. Also, she gave us great advice on what to do to sell our other house. We did as she suggested and received our asking price. I recommend her to everyone and judge all others by her high standards.
