Description of Work: We needed a set of stairs, hallway, and the carpet in several Rooms cleaned.

Description of Work: I have used this provider before, both times my rug comes back like new.The carpet I had him to clean was blue and cream buffalo plaid rug. I was made by Karistan. |They pick up the rug clean it at their facility. They contact you when it is done and they bring it back and put it back down. This rug is under our dining table and has a very heavy buffet sitting on it also. They provide all the heavy lifting needed remove and install. I am very satisfied with all the care they gave my carpet. But, I wish I could have a lower price. But, I guess you get what you pay for. I would whole heartedly recommend this company.

Description of Work: The employees came shortly after my call. They were in the neighborhood. They looked at the rug and gave me a written price. They moved a large table and took up the large area size rug. I had to call to check on the process as the time I had been given for return of the rug was a week later. The rug was ready and delivered that day. The employee explained that the rug took two washings to clean, causing the delay. The table was moved, the rug was laid and centered, then table was reset. The employees were very proffessional, polite and effficent. .

Description of Work: Cleaned two old hand-me-down oriental rugs. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I'm about to give them a call on some work.

Description of Work: I used the services of Superior Carpet and Rug Cleaning last winter. I have 2 rugs on my hardwood floors that are large. They came in, picked them up, cleaned them, brought them back, and put them back down. Instead of trying to perm the carpets, they have a special setup at their warehouse where they can clean much better than if they came up. It won’t be damp on my hardwood or anything like that. They brought them back clean and dry and put them back down.

Description of Work: They were running a special on carpet cleaning so I had three rooms cleaned. Scotch guard was optional and at an additional charge, but I didn t get that.
