It went great. Will is someone that I felt from the beginning that we were on the same page. That can sometimes be a challenge in construction. He made some nice suggestions that really enhanced the overall appearance. This was a four day process that could have been very dirty and very disruptive, but we felt that all of this group worked very efficiently and neatly. But most important to me was that the end product was excellent.

I was extremely happy with the work, communication, price and the time in which all the work was finished. They were friendly, polite, and did a great job. I would use them any time and highly recommend them! Thank you again Will and Willie

The owner, Will Kaiser, was very good about responding to my initial request for a cost estimate, which he emailed me approximately three days after visiting my home. This was in late March. At that time he indicated he would start the work in late April. About a week after agreeing to have the work done (he asked for no deposit), he called to say his pressure washer was in my area. He asked if he could start the work then which he did. The big problem with this project was scheduling the work because of all the rain. Will did a commendable job of keeping me updated as to when he could do the work. Basically, in a two week period after the pressure washing, there were only two days where rain was not forecast and when the staining could be done. This happen to be a Saturday and a Sunday, and he called to ask if I would mind them working at my house on the weekend. This was ok with me. His crew was courteous and conscientious and cleaned up well after the work was done. I was pleased how well the stain covered the deck. I am not good at picking colors, so I asked Will to help me. I have had several comments by neighbors and friends on how good the color looks with my house colors. I received my Angie's List 10% discount, and because the project did not take as long as predicted, he reduced the initial estimate of $2650 by another $200. I intend on using him again.

The stair railing turned out beautiful! We would use this contractor again for sure.

They were absolutely wonderful. Punctuality, attention to detail and very upfront without any additional cost.

Arrived on time and very professional. Painted my living room and hallway. Detailed and completed the work in the schedule planned time frame.

Very nice young man starting a business. Price was excellent for what he did. Only downside was sanding the ceiling and did not have vacuum on sander and there was a dust problem I told him about and suggested he buy one for future jobs. Overall very satisfied.

The whole process was seamless. Each step was carefully planned and necessary supplies ordered ahead so that there was not down time. The work included: complete demo, removing and building new walls, ceiling, flooring, adding texture, cabinets, lighting, installing a fireplace, adding a mantle, installing appliances, a backsplash, counter tops, doors, and rewiring. The crew was here everyday, on time and worked the whole time. The work was completed as expected (actually, better than I expected) and on schedule.

Took team of three men about 3-days, and job was well done. They worked steadily and cleaned up afterward.

Will and his team did a great job at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Three painters came the first day, and got everything completed in half a day, except caulking and painting the outside wall, which had to dry after the pressure washing. Two days later, one painter came and finished caulking and painting the wall in the morning. The work was well done everywhere, and they were good with the cleanup afterward. The price for everything was very reasonable. I plan to use Summit Painting in the near future for an additional project.

I can't say enough about how smoothly this remodel went. Since we have an older home, there are always surprises when we tear into walls. Will Kaiser and his crew, work hard to make sure these surprises do not effect the price, time frame or overall look. We have used Summit Painting and Remodeling twice and have plans to use them again. This group of professionals made our old den look like a show place. Their workmanship is top notch. The pricing is more than fair. They keep the customer's happiness at the center of their focus. We are customers that are really happy and can't wait to move on to another project.

We had bought a home and wanted it painted before the furniture arrived. Will and the crew were really great. We even added rooms and the hallway after they started and it was no problem! We would definitely have them come again.

We feel so lucky that we found Will and his crew. They were so flexible around our chaotic schedule. They arrived in time and did everything they said they would, with great pride of work. They patiently and professionally worked with the movers to coordinate a full house paint. Their handling of the entire process just made us feel very well taken care of and took away our stress. Will manages his excellent staff so we didn't have to! The end result is a full house of perfect paint!

Will Kaiser, at Summit Painting and Remodeling is a miracle worker. He was prompt, thorough, thoughtful, and precise in every aspect of the job. His price was more than fair for the work that he did. My bathroom is beautiful!. There were so many unseen problems because of the age of our house, but with each new challenge, he found resolutions that exceeded our expectations. (How he managed all the surprises and still stay within the time frame he gave us is amazing.) All that might be found with others, but here is were Mr. Kaiser won my heart. My father had built a small vanity from scrap wood for me long before he passed. This may have been why I was so hesitant to demolish the room. My husband asked if Will could use the wood in some hidden way in the closet for merely sentimental reasons. Upon hearing the story of my father, and seeing my reaction to the vanity in the scrap pile, Will developed an idea. He used the wood from the vanity to make a custom medicine chest. I cried when I saw it. Nothing could make me happier. I see so much more than my reflection in that medicine chest. I will use no one else, ever! I can never thank him enough.

Inside several area needed to be patched but you would not know that now. Will & his crew were exceptional.

They were very flexible and worked around our schedule. We weren’t always able to be home when they were able to do the remodeling. The crew was very nice, neat and cleaned up after themselves. They were competitively priced compared to the other estimates we received. I was very pleased with them.

Will and his crew did an excellent job. They painted the entire exterior trim and then pressure washed and stained our deck. Quality of work and clean up were excellent. We will have him come back and paint the kitchen cabinets next.

Will was very friendly on the phone and agreed to come out to give me an estimate. Will was punctual both for the estimate and to the job, once hired. His price was far less than his competitors. Will was extremely knowledgable and offered pointers as we walked around the exterior of the house. He provided me with a written estimate and we agreed on a date to start. The two employees who painted the house were very considerate and neat. There was NO overspray, no spots missed, and the job was done in the amount of time quoted. They even painted the concrete sides of my front porch, even though it was not in the original estimate. I cannot reccommend this company highly enough. I would not hesitate to use them again or reccommend them to friends and family.

Will and his team were always on time and worked cleanly and professionally. After the job, there were a couple of very minor issues, which Will addressed right away.

Summit's workers arrived promptly as they told us they would on the first day to do the prep work. Will met with us again and we went over all the details of the work so there would be no misunderstanding as to what was to be done. Our kitchen ceiling was very professionally finished, installing a new ceiling complete with can lights and pendant lighting. All we had to do was describe how we wanted the lighting to be installed, and they took it from there. We picked out the colors which we thought would complement the rooms, and the painters skillfully painted all the walls and woodwork to our complete satisfaction. As the painting progressed, Will assessed the work and applied additional coats of paint to the walls to make sure that the previous paint was completely covered. This company did exceptional tile work. Will was very flexible and easy to work with, because we made some changes to the project, and he always addressed the changes willingly to make sure, above all, that we were completely satisfied with everything they did. Will and his crew did additional things we asked of them such as hanging pantry shelving, removing and patching phone jacks, and some additional electrical work. When the job was completed, the condo was as clean and neat as could be. All equipment and materials were removed, and they left the extra materials for us to keep. Overall, this remodeling job was a very pleasing experience!!! We do plan on having Summit come back to do additional kitchen and bathroom remodeling ! Overall, they were so nice and so easy to work with, we would highly recommend them for any remodeling work.

Work done on time, pricing on target, cleaned up nicely, great job. Also advised on right materials for later use in sealing concrete - and they worked well. Will's painting work load at end of season was filling fast, so the group had no time to spare before cold weather set in. Appreciated his extra personal effort despite having some workers out sick. - Suggest Angie's continue to show Summit on the list of Interior and Exterior Painters, as well as Remodelers.

I contacted Summitt for an estimate on my mother's house to replace the drywall in her master bedroom and do some drywall repair in 3 other rooms. Will contacted me right away on Oct 18th and told me that he would call my mother and come out in a couple of days to give an estimate. He never showed up. He called me on Oct 23rd and apologized and said that he would be out in a couple of days. Again, he never showed up and I have not heard from him since.

We were very pleased with each service that was provided. Wallpaper was removed from the kitchen and dining area (we knew we did not want to even attempt doing it ourselves) and wallpaper border was removed from the hallway and foyer. Living room, kitchen, dining area, stairwell, foyer, hallway and two bedrooms were painted. Textured ceilings were painted. Two interior doors and one set of double folding closet door were replaced. The work crews showed up promptly each day and everyone was friendly and informative. One thing that was really helpful was that even though I knew generally what colors I wanted, it was a little overwhelming narrowing the choices down, and Will suggested a few different specific shades, two of which ended up working great. The highlight of the whole project was the replacement of a 12 foot railing (balustrade) along the edge of the stairwell going to the basement. The original railing was all wood in a colonial design and I had found a picture of of a railing using both wood and metal balusters that I really liked. After I sent the picture to Will, he e-mailed pictures of a couple of similar examples we could do. We choose one and Will and Bo did an excellent job of creating exactly the look we wanted.
