I cannot think of enough good things to say about Will Kaiser and his crew. Everyone was so professional and well mannered. They were hard workers and extremely punctual. My house had not been painted in many, many years and one of my decks had to be torn down before they could build a new one, so there was much preparation to be done before they could work their magic, but with all the extra work they had to do, all of the work was completed in 4 weeks and looks absolutely beautiful. I don't think my house every looked as good as it does now! And the cost was very reasonable, in fact, we came in a little under budget.

Great!! I couldn't have been more pleased from the almost immediate response after I left a message to the time the job was complete. Will was very responsive and had an entire crew that worked hard to complete our project in a tight time frame. They even worked on July 4th to accommodate our dates. Very tidy while painting, very professional!

The two gentleman showed up promptly and spent a good deal of time prepping the surface for staining. They worked tirelessly all day long, finished in one day, and did a fabulous job. I believe this is a very good company.

Renovated our Master closet, added custom cabinets to the space and hardwood flooring. Another job well done by Summit Painting and Renovation LLC. Finished the project on time and arrived on time everyday. We are their repeat customer and highly recommend them.

Work was all well done, painting was exceptionally well done. The ceiling joint replacement and painting had to be done from scaffolding in the family room/foyer area but even with such a large area and having to move out all furniture, that plus the bedroom/bath painting was all completed in 2 days. They were pretty much on time or early, very polite and professional, cleaned up very well afterward. Will was innovative in fixing a problem that occurred during cabinet replacement because of tile placement. He was responsive to our calls, very accommodating to our needs. The painters were excellent and we were especially impressed with Matthew's attention to detail and work ethic.

Perfect. It took two days to complete.

Will did a fantastic job, working extra hours during the month of December to get the job done before the holidays for us.

Will is a pleasure to work with. He is very reliable and has a very professional team that takes pride in their work and satisfying the customer. The work was done on time and within the cost estimate provided. Once the work began, the work continued without interruption until completed.

Helped us work through a bathroom renovation by providing estimates and scaled work down to our budget. We were new to this so they were very patient and helpful. They then removed and installed a new shower which we are very happy with. thanks!

They worked with us when our original color selection turned out to be unacceptable and suggested another darker color that turned out to be great looking. I was very apprehensive at first but it turned out great and we now have a two tone deck that's much better looking than before. I would recommend them for anyone that has a deck to be cleaned and re-stained. Very personable and polite. The old patio set looks almost new and now we don't have to buy a new set.

All went well above and beyond expectations.

Let me say up front that I am 100% satisfied with all the work they did. Will was quick to respond with a very fair estimate and the quality of work was excellent. My house is almost 40 yrs old and the paint job made it look new again. They actually spend a lot of time with the prep work and it really makes a difference in the finished product. The new deck they built with pressure treated lumber is state of the art and up to code. I am already planning on using them for some other projects in the future.

The wallpaper was extremely hard to remove. Then the walls had to be repaired and recoated with two skim coats of drywall mud. It was a killer of a job and I'm sure they lost money on the job. To their credit, they completed the work and did a fine job. I would give them my strongest recommendation!

Will and his crew were great. They were all very professional, and we are very pleased with the work. The wallpaper removal turned out to be more difficult that anticipated, but Will and his crew got it done and there was no increase in the price. In addition, we had some interior shutters that needed to be removed and spray painted. Other contractors refused to even quote the job. But Will said and he could do it, and did a great job with the shutters. His prices with the shutters included was much less than some other quotes we received without the shutters included at all.

Overall I had a good experience. They showed up when they were supposed to, all communication was prompt and professional. There were a few rough spots from the pressure washing but I imagine that is probably standard. I would recommend using this company.

Mr. Kaiser provided an estimate in a timely fashion, then returned a second time with paint samples to ensure a close match to the existing stucco colors. Pressure washing was completed several days before painting and was professionally done. The painting work was performed on the day scheduled by a very professional crew. There were no paint spills or paint spatters left anywhere - drop cloths were used where needed. No damage was done to roofing or the stucco siding. The trim had not been painted for 15 years and was not in good condition. The crew sanded the trim where required before painting. One section of exterior trim appeared to us to be a bit rough after painting. When we mentioned this to Mr. Kaiser, he came out himself, completely replaced the trim and painted it without additional charge. Highly recommended!!

The people who did the work, Kris, Matthew and Tyler were fantastic! On time, professional, neat and obviously very experienced because the end results could not have been better. This was the second job Will Kaiser, the owner, did for us, and because of the excellent job the first time, we requested the same painters again. Kris and Matthew were here for all three days, and could not have been nicer. Will is honest, straight forward and very fair in his pricing. We will use him again for our next home improvement project.

They showed up on time, were very professional, unfortunately the estimate was a little higher that we were expecting but I would definitely look to them for work in the future.

They were fantastic! It was literally a matter of minutes from the time I submitted a "request for proposal" to Summit Painting via Angies List to having Will Kaiser call me, schedule an appointment, and give me his proposal. They were able to begin work the following week. The crew was hard-working, professional, and paid attention to all the details. They deserve extra kudo's for working during a week of very high temperatures. Additionally, they interacted so well with the neighbors that it's likely they will have more work on the block. Very pleased with this company!

The crew was very efficient and stayed busy on the work, and finished ahead of schedule. They took extra care of the plants near the foundation of the house, and the plants survived with very little damage. When they were done, they advised me on how to care for the paint (on the porch floor, specifically) over the next few days to make sure there weren't scratches or damage to the new surfaces. All in all it was a very good experience, and I'd certainly use them again.

They were great. We had a hard time deciding what kind of stain or coating to use on the deck and I'm sure we drove Will half crazy with us going back and forth. We had bought Olympic Restore and then read that often if peeled off the deck surface. Finally decided to go with regular stain and sealant (which Will had recommended) and it turned out great. At first we were afraid it was going to be too light and we asked if he would have the painters re stain the top railings because they were the lightest color on new wood and he had his painters do that. It did help. The painters had to work on a VERY hot day but they held in there and didn't complain. The carpentry was done by one of his employees and we could not be happier with the work. He is an experienced and excellent carpenter and made several excellent suggestions that improved the look of the deck overall. The employee who did the pressure washing was also excellent. He did a very good job and was very careful about plants and trees, he also suited up in protective gear and it was VERY hot that day. Although we did have several conversations with Will about what to use, he was patient and didn't lose his temper like some contractors we have recently used. Plus, he didn't try to add on extra charges, which we have also had others do to us recently. We feel we got a fair price for a great job and it is truly appreciated. We hope to use them again, if he is willing to put up with us that is. ;-) 8/14/2015 Update: The stain that was put on our deck has disappeared! It definitely needed two coats of stain. Plus, they left materials (wood pieces) that we didn't see until about three weeks after they left. IT was placed beside a shed we seldom see that side of. We have tried two times to get in touch with the owner. The first time we left a message. He did not call back. Then we called again and he said he would come by late that day and take a look at it, but we have not heard from him. If we can't get follow up on problems, it didn't help a lot for us to have the deck stained. ,

They are excellent people to deal with. Prompt, nice to be around, easy to talk to and are willing to fix any work you are not pleased with. I was happy with all the work and I will not hesitate to use them again. Will and his crew get an A+ from us.

I don’t know how to do describing but he wasn’t be like real likeable. I don’t know but I bet he would do very good quality. He’s good. He came when he said he would. I don’t want to give him a bad record but I think it was just the ridiculous price that he posted. I’m sure he would done a good job.
