Absolutely stunning job! Everyone was extremely professional and easy to work with and the job was outstanding!

I don't have a complaint about this company. I need a small remodel and they told me they're hoping to specialize in bathrooms and decks, so the listing for this company should maybe reflect that so that others don't waste their time as I did.

Everything was fine. The group was professional and did quality work.

I could not be happier with the results. When the crew said they would arrive, they did. When I asked Will questions about the job, he was always immediately responsive. I had heard so many horror stories from friends about contractors. So, we were wary, but Angie's List steered us in the right direction. I read the reviews on AL, contacted three contractors and after meeting all three, we chose Summit Painting and Remodeling. They gave us the middle of three estimates. We are glad we chose Will. I felt that we were treated honestly and with respect throughout the remodeling process. At one point I was unhappy with the tile in the bathroom and Will made it right, at no cost to me. That was impressive; there was no argument or delay, he just did the right thing. We will definitely use them again - probably in the near future!

House looks great! Very pleased with their process - extremely professional - guys onsite kept things neat during work, asked questions when needed clarification, very polite and respectful of family and other workers. I am a frequent DIY type but did not want to paint standing on tall ladders again - so to say I am rather picky in results is an understatement... Well these guys simply hit it out of the ballpark. Paint coverage on the brick was complete with no touch-ups needed as they did not skimp on the paint (quality or amount). Coverage everywhere is very good and will protect our home for a long time (i worked in the coatings mfg industry before - they did it right). I like it that Will (owner) talked with me about what I wanted done, listened to me, and advised me when he had a better option.

While this contractor did answer his phone on our first attempt to call him (hence an A on responsiveness), he was not interested in the job. Based on the scale of work and prices quoted in the Angie reviews, we thought this would be a good contractor for us. When we called, he told us it sounded like our job was too small and that he was three months behind. He did not ask us about details and our time line (we would have been very accommodating to his schedule).

Work took 5 days. Was told length of time beforehand. Always came at time promised. Good quality work.

My experience with summit painting and remodeling has been great start to finish. Will's quote was not the cheapest or most expensive quote I received. I went with him because he was knowledgeable, professional, and down to earth. He worked with me on my short timeline which I really appreciated. Sean and Matt showed up on time and prepared. They, too, were professional, polite, and courteous. They got the job done in a timely manner and were unobtrusive. They did a great job and the foyer looks mighty nice. I'm very pleased with my experience with summit painting and remodeling and I recommend them.

Great. I couldn't ask for a better job. They showed up on time, they were very neat and conscientious. The price quoted was less than I paid. It was a stress-free experience.

They did a very good job for a very reasonable price. It took him awhile to get to my job but that was mostly because of the weather both rain and cold than anything else. I would definitely hire again.

We requested an estimate for a 2nd story deck rebuild/4 seasons room built onto the back of our home. Will was very responsive, and made time in his schedule to stop by shortly after reaching out for a quote. He was very knowledgeable about what would need to be done to make sure the addition would be very well built and match my "wants", and was able to answer all questions around the build and any options we wanted; we had received multiple quotes for this project, and the Summit quote was very detailed, so that we could see the exact breakdown of costs, and was cost competitive with the other quotes we received. We decided not to pursue the addition, but hopefully can work with Summit on future projects.

We ended up selecting another contractor who was highly recommended by a friend but we really liked Will and found his labor quote to be very reasonable. I've already referred him to someone else.

The project went very smoothly. Will and his crew were fantastic and easy to work with. They showed up on time and worked very hard: on weekends, day after Christmas, etc. Weather was a problem and they did what it took to work around it. They treated our home like they owned it and the quality of the outcome shows. We had a lot of rotten wood that had to be replaced and the house looks brand new now. We have several more projects we want done by Summit next year. For the paint project, we got two other quotes. One was twice as much and the other was similar in price. The work Will put into his quote won him the deal because it told me he was listening and very detail oriented. The comparable quote was verbal and never put in writing even after asking for it and the one that was twice as much was a one sentence description. Will's was 2 pages long with a line item for everything. I believe their pricing was fair and I would recommend these guys to anybody all day long except I don't want them to get too busy that they can't do more work for us! LOL

Very pleased with paint and finish quality. Finished in one day. Wasn't reminded about the ceiling paint before though, so it was forgotten. Also was not called when job was completed and had some difficulty scheduling, but it was a busy time of the year.

He spent the necessary time to review the job and explain what he could do, and answering our questions.

They never called me. They did email me once. I ask for an estimate, but never heard from them.

They removed and disposed of our old gutters and the fake shutters that we wanted removed. They did some small repairs on the trim. The started when they said they would and worked straight through several days until done. Final bill was almost exactly what was estimated.

A great job was done within a two-day period including tear-out of tile floor and all fixtures, then installation of marble tiles with a center mosaic and marble baseboards, vanity, lights, and toilet. Very nice finishing and grouting. Brent was prompt, careful, and very skilled, completing the project with very little disruption. A superb result, and I will call on Will at Summit for my future needs.

We were very pleased with the work crew, who worked hard, were neat, etc.....they power washed on one day, and painted for 3 days, finished yesterday, the 17th of Oct. 2016.....( this was the day they were going to start) The owner was very professional and organized, called and contacted us regularly....I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed any work done, whether it be painting or remodeling.....you can count on them being there when they should be...I would definitely hire them again should I need more work done.....lastly, the estimate and final price was very fair and reasonable.....

Beautifully well. The crew showed amazing team work, moved quickly but were precise and detailed. They stayed busy and focused. I am very pleased with their work.

I hired Summit to paint 4 rooms inside my home. The crew showed up every day right on time, worked steadily throughout the day, and left no mess (other than plastic which I told them they could leave out). Before painting they had to remove wallpaper in 2 rooms. The wallpaper removal was the hardest part, but they were able to remove it all and smooth the wall down. They perfectly repaired several holes, rough spots, and cracks in the walls. The paint job was excellent. The main reason I hired them was because they weren't intimidated by the wallpaper removal - and they were able to give me a reasonable estimate/price range to remove it. I was most impressed by the work ethic of the crew lead. He was very prompt, worked hard, and was very respectful (something you don't see to often nowadays). I will definitely be calling this company back for phase 2 of our house painting.

I wanted to remodel/upgrade my home. Everything in the house was builder-grade and very worn, grungy and just plain gross from raising children and pets. I took my time picking a contractor. After meeting with several and studying the estimates, Summit Painting and Remodeling LLC was the clear choice. The estimate was in the ball park (or even a little lower) of most of the others but Will Kaiser (owner) was the easiest to work with from the time he came in to do the estimate. He knows how to run a business to ensure the customer has a good experience. He made things very easy for me. Will and his crew have remodeled my entire home. Everything from replacing carpeting with hard flooring, interior painting, replacing windows/doors, adding crown molding, new baseboards, replacing tubs/showers, vanities, toilets, painting kitchen cabinets, adding subway tile back-splash in kitchen, replacing gutters, building a new fence, installing a doggie door, replacing light fixtures and the list goes on. The crew are terrific craftsmen and their work is outstanding. Additionally, they were very respectful of the fact that I had to live in the home while the work was being completed. They worked around me so that I could move from bedroom to bedroom as parts of the house were completed and also made sure I always had a working bathroom. Communication was fantastic throughout the process. I work during the day so I was not there while they were working on my home but Will and I were always able to connect in the evenings either by phone or electronically as we worked through logistics. My little house looks amazing thanks to Summit Painting and Remodeling LLC! I would hire Will and his crew again in a heart beat and recommend them without hesitation.
