Will is a great guy and he and his workers were very professional, personable, helpful, and worked hard the entire time they were here. His price was 70% lower than the other quote I got and he actually invoiced me less than his quote. He is an honest, hardworking, guy who is destined to great success because, unlike half the other contractors with whom I have worked, he is on time, honest, hardworking, and trustworthy. I will never use another painter other than Summitt and will refer them to all my friends.

I emailed Will through his website, which I found through Angie's list. That was late at night, and early the next day Will both emailed back and called. We had a tight timetable and he was able to fit us in. He came the next day to survey the area to give an estimate, and that night he emailed a very professional-looking document. All tasks were broken down and priced individually. And the price was about $300 less than another that had shown up! Everything happened very fast after that, with Will asking all the right questions. I felt very comfortable. The project was completed in one day, as promised. Another great thing ... Will said some of the paint problems we were having in the bathroom was due to moisture - and he knew how to check to see that the fan was not pulling hardly any air. He told us what fan to buy and the day he painted he installed it, for a mere $50!

Mr Kaiser was prompt on his communications - I always knew when he was coming and did not have to ask. He and his crew were very professional and did an excellent job on helping us pick paints, and then he did wallpaper removal in several rooms of our house and painted. We are very pleased with his work and highly recommend him.

Will Kaiser and his team arrived on time! They were friendly and professional. They covered all furniture, floors and anything of value in my home. They got right to work, while covering things up they came across my wallet that had been missing for months. It had my credit cards, money, and everything else a girl keeps in her wallet. It was returned to me immediately, with everything in it. I left for half of the day and came home to a most beautiful sight. Will had guided me in choosing a color and it was now so beautiful on my walls. They did my kitchen, dining room, entry area with 20 ft. high walls, and a very curved hall. Along with these rooms they did all the trim. Oh and a small bathroom. They resurfaced walls with holes and sanded them down before painting. He has a very good eye for detail as do most homeowners. I had a week-long window between when I closed on a house and when I needed to get moved in, and was hoping to get the majority of it's interior painted during that time. After doing some research on Angie's List and getting multiple quotes, I selected Summit Painting Solutions, and could not have been happier with that decision. Will Kaiser came to the house a week before we closed, measured and quoted it, and assured me it could be done in the time I had available. Two days after closing he started work (and would have started earlier if it weren't for my wife and I taking two full days to decide on paint colors!) and was finished well ahead of schedule. The paint job itself was fantastic, it was like we were moving into a new home. Will and his crew had clearly taken extra time to repair some spots that were damaged before painting them, and I honestly couldn't find anything that they had missed or I thought could have been done better, it was just an all-around great job and great service. When I need painting in the future, I will call Summit without hesitation, and plan to recommend them to anyone who asks.

Will and his crew were very professional from the beginning of this project until completion and did an excellent job in all phases of the staining process. His knowledge of the requirements for log home staining was exceptional. An example of the commitment Will made to the job..... Our log home absorbed much more stain than we initially anticipated. No more of this particular stain was available in Knoxville and would have to be ordered to complete the job. Will called all the suppliers in the area and found the required stain in Athens TN. Will made the drive to Athens and picked up the stain in order not to delay the process. This is exceptional customer service and I would highly recommend Will and his team. I know I won't make any other phone calls for my next staining/painting project.

Called for estimate of work to be performed. Will Kaiser was very professional and arrived on time. Email of estimate arrived when expected. Scheduled work and crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. Will followed up that evening with a phone call to ensure our satisfaction. Very impressed with overall experience.

Estimate for outdoor trim on our house was over 1000 less than our first estimate from a well known local competitor. Will always showed for work when he said he would. Quality of work excellent. Will, proprietor and main painter, is a pleasure to work with. He is smart, personable, trustworthy. Aside: a couple months later my wife and I needed small indoor paint job done (a beaten up stairwell). We called up hoping against all odds to get the job done in just a few days since we were entertaining company that weekend. Will went out of his way to accommodate us. The job required a paint match but he finished the job within days of my call... again for a very reasonable price.

Mr Kaiser was on time for his estimate and actually pointedout that our siding painting looked in good shape and could probably benefit from a cleaning alone. He emailed an estimate to me the next day for the entire job but said if we wanted to omit the siding he could re-do the estimate as needed. His estimate was extremely competitive and we decided to hire him and his crew. He then helped us pick the paint colors by coming out and showing brochures. Then when we had narrowed it down he got some samples and actually painted a small portion so we could more easily choose. After we made a choice he had the house pressure washed as promised and came out the next week to paint. He worked around some other work we had and contacted me very promptly as needed. I have never had a more responsive contractor with respect to returning phone calls, emails and texts as needed. His crew was very professional and worked very hard, and we are totally amazed at how nice the house looks after his work. I would recommend him very heartily and would not hesitate to hire him again.

We contacted Will to see if he could update our chalet in Chalet Village. Will was very honest about what he could and could not do. We knew our chalet would be a challenge, but Will did an awesome and professional job. The work was started while we were on vacation and Will updated us through emails and pictures. We would highly recommend Will and his associates for future "painting solutions".

Will and his crew were professional on every level. He followed up after our initial call, continued to take the initiative to stay in touch with us, and he & crew arrived on time. They got the job done in 2 days and everything was done excellently. They put everything back like it was and actually went beyond what was stated in the estimate "while they were at it." I told Will before they began that I was "contractor bitter" because of the horrible experiences we have had with various contractors while getting our house ready to put on the market. He said he hoped to restore my faith in contractors and he succeeded. Will's crew arrived at 7:00am and worked virtually non-stop till evening. They were the most respectful, non-obtrusive, efficient work-men we've on our property. The end invoice actually ended up being less than the initial estimate and Will expected no payment until the job was completed. I would definitely use Summit Painting Solutions again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Will is a reliable and dependable person. From the moment he came to see the job until it's finished, he and his crew exhibited great professionalism and extreme care. They were very responsive and paid greater attention to details. The price was also very competitive. We are extremely satisfied with the work and will use them in the future.

They had done a few small jobs for us previously and we were pleased with their work and price. We solicited bids for the larger project and were pleased that they were the low bidders. Weather delayed the start of the job for about a month but when they got on the job, they were outstanding. The prep work was the best we have seen in our complex in the past 11 years that I have lived here and was the best that I've seen in 30 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment. Job site clean up has also been exceptional which means a lot to our members. We have been so pleased with their work we have hired them to do smaller jobs on 30 other units such as painting areas of flaking paint on window trim, repairing squirrel holes, and repainting areas of siding on some units.

Will came out on a Saturday morning on time to give me an estimate. He is very courteous and professional. I had some things going on at the time which put my project on hold. Will kept in touch with me by email so we could coordinate our schedules. He was on time Friday morning (actually 15 minutes early) and started setting up his supplies immediately. He only had one other painter with him so I was a little nervous about whether or not they would finish Friday. They got right to work and were so quiet. I even left them at the house and ran some errands. I felt very comfortable with them. I cannot give enough positive compliments on the job these men did in painting my two rooms. My great room has high ceilings and my kitchen is large with lots of nooks and crannies. The drywall repair was flawless. The wall surrounding my new granite backsplash in my kitchen was really messed up and they fixed it to look like new. I actually cannot think of anything negative but everything was excellent!!! I will definitely use Will's company again, in fact, I'm having them restain my deck in the near future.

I would definitely use their services again. They were very neat and very patient. It took three times before I could decide on a certain colors but they were patient with me throughout the entire process. I received several estimates and he was comparable in price. I also had a good feeling about him. He got in there and got the work done. He was on time and cleaned up very well. My dog got into the paint and then jumped on my leather couch. The woman working came running over and helped me wipe of the paint really quickly. She was very apologetic but it was not her fault. They were very nice and worked hard. He even painted my closets. He removed all the stuff inside the closets for me and later put everything back into the closet. He went above and beyond. They were wonderful and did beautiful work. They made sure to cover everything and did everything neatly. Whenever I called, he called right back. I was very pleased with the service. My family even thinks the work looks beautiful.

They were excellent. they were absolutely fantastic with very little supervision throughout the process. Their prices were the best by far and compared to three other bids I had received. They were responsive and communicated effectively. They were also supportive and helpful. They also did some handyman work throughout the condominium.

Will is the nicest young man. His prices are very reasonable. He also offered to power wash my car port for only about $75. They are not finished, but they sure are doing a lot of scraping, which to me means they are going to distance to make sure they are doing the job thoroughly. They also one of the only companies who did not shy away from the job based on the height of my house.

He takes great pride in the quality of the work that he puts his name on. He went above and beyond to make sure my cabinets looked great. He was efficient, clean, and an overall professional. I couldn't be happier with the way the cabinets turned out. I will both use Summit Painting in the future as well as recommend them to everyone I know.

Will did an excellent job on the work I hired him for.He painted several rooms in a rental house I have. Including a kitchen, two bathrooms, one bedroom and a large living room. He also refinished my kitchen cabinets making them look completely updated and saving me tons of money. His quote on time and cost were very close to the actual time and cost of the job. I wasn't able to be there while he was working but was so happy when I saw the finished product. His attention to detail shows in everything he does. Whether it was his prep work,painting clean lines or cleaning up afterwards, everything turned out great. I feel completely comfortable with him in my home and know that when I need him in the future he'll be there to get the job done.
