Will Kaiser and his crew did a great job. Will first quoted a price for the whole house: trim, two coats on walls, prime and ceilings. I ended up painting the house myself, but had Summit Painting prime all the walls and paint all ceilings. Will worked with me on the price and did a great job. His crew showed up on time and finished the job in about two days. Everything went as I expected without delay and I was satisfied with the job.

I contacted Will Kiser on recommendation of a neighbor in late August to get an estimate. I did not think to check Angie's List till I had already called Will for an estimate, but I knew if my neighbor liked his work that it would be good. Will promptly stopped by and looked at my house and said he would email me an estimate. He had told me when I first contacted him that if would be late Sept. before he could start the job. I was not in a hurry, plus I had some work on the exterior that I wanted to complete before painting. After receiving the estimate via email, I called Will and told him to put me on the list. The price was in the range that I was expecting. With my neighbors recommendation and Angie's List high scores I did not bother to get other estimates. Will called back in late Sept. and said his guys would be here on friday 9/27/13 to wash the house and would start painting the next week. The house really looked good after washing. It looked so good that I thought does my house really need painting, but I knew it did. The crew showed up early the next Tuesday as planned and started to work. I was changing paint colors so the contract included two coats of paint on the siding. The guys did a great job painting. They were easy on the shrubs and landscape. They taped off the windows and foundation. They sprayed and back brushed the siding. All the trim was brushed. My siding is board and batten which makes it easy to miss some sides of the battens. The guys did a great job of painting it. There was no overspray on brick foundation, porches or any other areas. Also the guys were very neat and did and excellent job trimming the paint with very straight lines. I was outside working on different projects while the guys were painting the house. I watched the painting from start to finish. The guys worked hard and took pride in their work. I own two commercial paint sprayers and was originally going to paint the house myself. I am glad I choose Summit Painting instead. I am a very good handy man and hate to hire someone to do a job, then end up redoing it myself. Not the case with Summit. Since I was watching the project I noted any areas that might need a touch up. On the last day Bo and Matt were to finish the job. They knew I was watching the painting and said to keep my touch-up list till their final inspection. When they finished I had no touch-up list. They had hit every area on my list without knowing what I was going to point out. My list was not that big but I did not have any complaints when they finished. This is probably the best paint job this house has seen. I cannot find any flaws with the paint job. Very pleasant experience dealing with Will Kiser and his crew.

He and his staff were very quick and clean. He worked with me on a very tight time line between our closing date, carpet being put in and our move in date. His team worked over the weekend, long hours and got it done ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Will and his team. His team spoke very highly of him as well and the quality of all of his jobs.

Will did a great JOB. He fixed rotten wood and paint exterior. His crew was on time and very professional. I recommend this company to anyone.

Will Kaiser and his team did an excellent job. They were very professional, friendly and co-operative. Always on time. They did an excellent job taking care of every detail required to get the job well done. Will and his men did not mind at all fixing some small stuff around the house for us in the same cost. Will and his crew at Summit Painting and Remodeling did another great job for me. This time they finished space above my garage which included insulation, drywall, paint, installing a pocket door, installing a window, adding electrical outlets, lights & ceiling fan, and installed a laminate wood floor. We were very happy with the entire process of working with Summit Painting. Will and his employees were extremely professional throughout the entire process. Will was able to schedule the painting immediately after closing. He finished the job a whole day quicker than he promised and at the estimated price. All of this allowed us to move into the house more quickly. His workers were courteous and careful. We were very excited with the results! It really made our house look brand new inside!

Everything went VERY well. Will Kaiser kept us informed as the job progressed. The weather did not cooperate (rained solidly for almost a week straight), delaying the finishing of the deck. Even though the majority of the work was done before the rain came, Will would take no payment until the job was completed. We have asked Will to give us an estimate on painting the interior of the house.

Excellent work on time and budget. If everyone ran their business like this you would not need an Angie's List These guys are great! Looks great!

Will and his team are meticulous workers and did a wonderful job removing my existing wallpaper and repainting most of the interior of my home for me. He comes when he says he will, he does what he says he will do and he will work around your schedule to make it EASY on you! Finally, his prices are very fair and his crew is polite and go about their work quietly. IF there are are unforeseen circumstances that may delay his arrival, he will communicate with you promptly and work-out an acceptable time and follow-through. What more can you possibly ask for?? Will has earned my trust and respect and will get my future business as long as he in the business. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I was very, very happy with the work down by Will and his team at SPS from beginning to end. Communication with Will was easy. He always responded to phone calls or e-mails very promptly. He was very hands on and, although he was not present every moment of every day, he did do some of the trickier parts of our job (the stripping and staining of our front door and shutters) himself. The team that did the painting were hard-working and did a great job of cleaning up at the end of every day. Overall, I cannot recommend Will and Summit Painting Solutions enough. Will's your man!

Removing the wallpaper was difficult and required all walls to be skim-coated will drywall mud to restore a smooth surface. Then two coats of paint were applied. The result was excellent. Will and his worker spent a total of four days on a job that should have taken two. He lost money on my job but still did a great job. His prices are more than reasonable and the quality of his work is excellent.

I wanted Will to paint my kitchen but he was booked up and couldn't do it when I wanted. I tried other painters and they either were too busy or wanted way too much to do the job. Will called me two days ago and asked if I'd found a painter. I hadn't. He had his man here at 8 am yesterday (8/2/2013). He was quick and good. He did the first coat, left for about an hour then returned with a helper. The second coat went on in an hour. The job was high quality all the way. No mess. No fuss. And the price was just a bargain. Will and his team are the best!

The owner of the company, Will, was prompt to give me an estimate which was comparable to two others I received but he gave me a very accurate and detailed estimate of the repairs that needed to be made. Based on the strong customer service reviews I had read; the detailed estimate and my initial interview of Will; I selected his company to do the work. I was told it would be about a month before he could begin work. Due to all of the rain we had it was 2 or 3 weeks more than he estimated to commence the work but he stayed in regular contact to keep me informed of the schedule. Once the work began, it progressed quickly. The workers that were here were friendly, polite, clean and very competent. Upon completion, there were about 3 minor punch list items that needed attention. As soon as I mentioned them to Will, he came the next day and took care of them without question. I have never dealt with a painting company that was as customer friendly. Best customer service ever!

There were a few delays due to inclement weather, but the project went fairly smooth. Will and his team are very professional, very punctual, and for the most part, very good at what they do. The stain on the house looks incredible. The only drawbacks are a few places we found after the fact that did not get as clean as we would have liked. The decks, another large project, look incredible as well with the same comments as the house. The door trim for the most part was very professionally done, however there were several places where green paint got on the edge of the doors and the weather stripping. Will and his crew were willing to fix everything we addressed on the spot, and he even did a little extra to make it look right. We added a few items to the to-do list as work progressed, but he was very reasonable with the price. I would highly recommend Summit Painting Solutions, however I would add, make sure you inspect. If you find something during the process, they will make it right.

If I could give Summit A+s, I would. The entire painting crew made the experience of having our house painted a breeze!! They were extremely professional, quite, respectful of our pets and flower beds, and punctual. Everyday, before they left, they cleaned away the debris from the days work. And last but not least, the painting job was impeccable! We have rehired Summit to paint the inside of our house.

Will Kaiser, the owner of Summit Painting Solutions, is the most pleasant craftsman I have ever worked with. From the moment he arrived to give me the estimate, he went about his business without any drama. He was always punctual, very professional, and skilled at helping make color choices and advising on repairs. He struck a great balance between making repairs and cost. (Sure, I could replace all the trim and make fancy fixes, but I didn't want to spend the $5500 quoted by another painter.) Will is pleasant and unassuming, but gave me the courage to make color choice I am so very pleased with. He took the time to try a number of different colors for me. He also took care to coordinate painting on the gutter board and fascia between the removal and replacement of the gutters. I just can't say enough nice things about how pleasant it was to work with Will. He came back and touched up minor trim issues without being asked to do so. And of course, he and his team did great work.

Found Will on the internet when I searched for someone to do deck work. After finding him, I joined Angies List to see if he was on there and how he was rated. I was very impressed by his ratings and comments from his customers. Being satisfied, I called and arranged for an free estimate. Will was prompt, professional, congenial, and accommodating to my requests. I soon received the estimate and confirmed the work to be done. Will's schedule for the work was fine with my availability and so we set the dates to do the work. Day one was for the powerwashing, and Will's employee was prompt and proved to be an excellent representative of his company with hardworking the entire time to complete the large deck. Day two Will and his team arrived, and after a walkthrough of the project, it was mutually determined that extra wood replacement was necessary. In spite of this addition, Will's team accommodated my request and completed all the work in a manner that exceeded my expectations. I am thrilled with the work they provided and the honesty. integrity and professional approach to the service Will and his team provide. I hope to have Will do other work for me, and would highly recommend his company.

Our overall experience was excellent. Will and his crew were punctual and efficient. His price was very competitive and attention to detail was evident. During the process of painting the exterior window trim, one of his team accidentally broke one sash of a double-hung removable window. They worked diligently to clean up the broken glass and immediately offered to pay for the replacement. They taped up plastic over the open space which sealed it against wind and rain. Will refused to accept payment for the exterior painting job until the window had been ordered and installed, which took about two weeks. The pressure washing and staining make our deck look new again. We are using Summitt again later this summer to refinish and paint our kitchen cabinets. Excellent company!

Will worked really hard with us before we hired him to accommodate my husbands busy schedule and provide us with what we wanted at a VERY reasonable price. He & his crew did exactly what he said they would do. They were prompt, professional, and did a great job. He even came in $100 below the original estimate. I won't even bother to check with anyone else next time I need this type of work done, and have already recommended him to a friend.

Initially we requested four rooms be painted and patched - no trim. We were on a tight schedule and thought the existing trim was OK as is. But, after the walls were painted we realized that the trim looked shabby so asked if that could be added. We only had two days to get all of the work done to accommodate our move-in schedule. They got it all done. The work was superior. His painters did wonderful work and were very professional. A very pleasant experience!

Will was responsive and responsible from the first phone call to the completion of the job. His estimate and completed price was well below any of his competitors and there were never any hidden costs. His crew was polite, mannerly and worked with a willing, pleasant attitude. They were a pleasure to have around. Will's main concern was "I want to make you happy". He did this and more. I don't think we have ever had a more rewarding remodeling experience!
