 + -1 moreThe facts are outlined in the section "What did the provider do?" In short, Wayne did not do the job he committed to do three weeks ago. He simply cannot be trusted and is not a man of his word. He should be embarrassed and ashamed.
Description of Work: Wayne of Stump Grinding By Wayne committed to grinding five stumps on my property about three weeks ago but has failed to do the job. He came to my property in early April, provided me with a quote and said he'd do the job. But he called the day before, saying he was sick. He rescheduled for today, but he called an hour or so before he was supposed to do the job and said he just couldn't find time to honor his commitment, even though I made it clear he could come back in the next week or two. Wayne is obviously not a man of his word and cannot be trusted. In the three weeks that have passed since he first said he would do the job, I have lost a lot of time. Many people in this business are booked many weeks out.

 + -1 moreStump Grinding by Wayne is your best bet! I would recommend him 100% to anyone. Wayne was the second company I tried. The first company demanded cash up front to cut down a few trees and grind the stumps. He completed only half the job (while he chain smoked) and said he would be back the next day but never returned. When I called the number on the card he had given me, no one knew who I was talking about. The owner of the company said he had many employees that it could have been and there was no way to know who it was. Fortunately I found Stump Grinding By Wayne. There were no "shady" employees that showed up. It was only Wayne and his son. They showed up exactly on time. They gave me a great price quote and had the entire job completed within about 30minutes! I was amazed by their efficiency and level of professionalism. Both father and son were down to earth, honest and trustworthy. I really love family companies like Stump Grinding By Wayne. We bought an old house and have had many contractors and workers in and out of our house. Wayne and his son have been my very favorite people to deal with by far. My only regret is that I can't hire them to remodel our entire house!
Description of Work: Arrived exactly on time.Ground several stumps in front yard. Repacked the holes with the wood grinds.Left yard clean, smooth and beautiful.Completed job in about 30 minutes.
