When we requested an estimate they were prompt in getting there and didn't take a whole night to give us the estimate. They were the 4th we had, but didn't try to oversell. They were prompt and efficient in their work. . Very impressed with work and they cleaned up before leaving so that you didn't even know they had been there

We had multiple window companies provide quotes (just ask my husband!) and they had the best price with the best warranty. Dave answered ALL my questions EVERY time I called - and I called multiple times! The people at the office were knowledgeable in their demonstration of all their windows and I ask a lot of questions! This was the last step in our major home renovation and have experience with both good and bad contractors. The installers were courteous, professional and neat and did a quality job while protecting our hard wood floors and the window frames during installation. We were really dreading this project, but Sterling Windows really made it painless. We should have done this sooner so we could have been enjoying the windows sooner! We haven't had to call them back for any problems, but if we do (which I doubt), I'm sure we will be treated with the same courtesy. Nice job (I'm a hard one to please) and keep up the good work!! Thanks guys!

We were very impressed from start to finish. The sales representative (David Lance) was professional, friendly and informative, without being the least bit pushy. We signed contract; work was scheduled and then performed as scheduled by a Sterling team of 3 men, who were very professional and friendly as well. We moved a few fragile things out of the way before they came, just because we were more comfortable doing that. Other than that, the Sterling team did everything, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The job was completed in one day! The new windows are great! We could not be happier.

We called them to get an estimate on the windows in our house. The salesman came to our house and measured. He was very polite and answered all of our questions. Their price and guarantee was the best out of all the estimates, and we liked that they were local. We called them the next day and placed the order. They said it would be a few weeks til the windows were done, and then they could schedule the installation. The windows took a little longer than they said, and we had to call a few times to get something scheduled. Finally the installers showed up and got started. It took two days, but they were very quick and professional. The windows look great and work great. One of the window panes had a minor crack in it, and we called them to replace it. They said it would be about 2 weeks. We had to call again after 2 weeks to find out where our window was, but they sent someone out the next day. They replaced the pane quickly with no charge.

Overall it was fine. Windows look great. Only problem is that they started about 1-2 weeks later than requested. Also, workers blasted radios even whe I asked them to turn them down.

The installers where here on time. They both had great personalities and explained what they were doing.

I visited their place of business on the recommendation of a friend. I met with the owner and he gave me a brief history of their business. He then came to our home and gave me an estimate, advised me on what product would suit our situation best.

Sterling is a local company and I visited the location where the windows are made. Not fancy, but the low overhead is what allows them to be so affordable. Some of the other windows had some minor product advantages, but the Sterling windows are as efficient and have all the necessary features. Installation was timely and well done. They took two days and cleaned up very nicely. I've checked out each window and there are no problems. They look good and function well. I'm very satisfied. They are going to do four remaining windows soon.

Company called 10 days BEFORE the promised install time, to see if they could come early! Yes, EARLY! They arrived the next day, on time and began replacing the door in the DR first. Once they removed the old door, there was some rotten wood discovered, along with an ant problem. They put new wood in to re-enforce everything, got rid of the ants and installed the door. No extra charge! The rest of the day they worked on the windows, 11 in all and finished the job the next day, as promised. When my wife came home on day 2, they were wrapping up and she commented on the fact that had she not seen there truck here, she never would have known that they were ever here, except for the beautiful new windows. They took great care in making sure everything was cleaned up, I was VERY impressed. Noticed a scratch on the new sliding door, another was ordered and was installed two weeks later, no questions asked. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for new windows.

Sterling did not get the job.

This company does a good job I only had one problem with them when they were here. They installed the windows perfectly I was very excited about that, but when I woke up in the morning I was expecting to see brand new clean windows to look through instead there was a ton of dirt and fingerprints all over them. When I called them back to tell them to clean up after themselves they gave me a hard time about it. Then the tabs to the screens broke after they did them and we called them back and it took them three months to come back and fix them. Their timing is very bad but the service is great.

They were very honest, polite, and they came out right on schedule. They did a wonderful job on the house, and the windows looked really good when they were finished. They spent a lot of time on the windows to make sure they did the job right and you could tell they were dedicated.

I enjoy my new windows. I have the vinyl energy efficient type. The crew did a good job on the installation. They really try to limit the noise and mess. They cleaned everything up when they were done. I have a warranty on the windows. I give their name out with no problem.

They did a great job on my windows. They spent so much time on my windows because everyone of my windows were different sizes. I really enjoyed being able to talk right directly to the lady and she was very personable. The cost was good and they were very organized and prompt with their service.

I wanted to have my windows replaced so I decided to call them. I had done a lot of shopping around before I decided with this company. They definitely were not the cheapest but the products they have are of a lot better quality then other companies I checked with. They explained everything I needed to know about the windows and what they were supposed to do like keeping out heat and cold air. The windows definitely do what they say they are going to do. The installation was a breeze, the guys worked hard and they were finished just when they said they would be.
