+ -1 moreStephen and his staff provided builder ready plans for our house providing excellent structural suggestions and design ideas all along the way. He and his staff continued to provide suggestions and displayed their detailed architectural experience in the many sessions we had. Half way through the process we changed our basic plan from remodel to a complete rebuild. This resulted in a longer and more costly process, but both were due to our modification. Stephen and his staff were accommodating and extremely professional.
Description of Work: Stephen provided builder ready (blueprint) house plans to our specifications.
