Stanley Steemer really did a great job on my carpets. They were on time and professional. I like that they knew what they are doing and what knew what they were talking about. Whenever I had any questions they answered them easily.

Stanley Steemer was polite and courteous to me when I phoned them. They set an appointment for the next day, and their workers arrived on time. My couch had several nasty stains and they removed all of them. When they left I had no cleaning to do. I felt the price was a bit high, however all things are these days. And you get what you pay for, and I got a very good job of cleaning on both the chair and the couch.

They did a pretty impressive job for me. The carpets looked very good when they were finished. They showed up on time so we didn't have to wait for them. The carpet dried quickly and they put blocks under all of the furniture when they put it back to be sure it was protected.

Two cleaners spent close to three hours on my home, they did every bedroom, living room, halls, etc. The one guy did mention that they offer things like spot treatments and furniture cleaning. I felt put on the spot a little by him wanting me to spend more than the $400 I was already spending on the job. I just said no firmly and he did drop it and do a good job with what I paid for.

I have only had to call them back once to move something, so they could clean the carpet underneath it. They didn t have a problem at all coming back and they never left any mess for me to clean up. They sent out really polite men to do the work and their price was about average.

I had the most horrible experience with Stanley Steamer when they came out clean my carpet. Instead of cleaning my carpets, they flooded my whole condo. It to days to get all the water sucked out and Stanley Steamer's insurance had pay to replace the carpet. It was very difficult working with them trying to remedy the situation. They didn't seem to want to anything quickly. I will never use them again.

Stanley Steemer did a fabulous job on our carpets as a matter of fact, I was about to call them back out again. I removed my own furniture myself so they could focus on the cleaning part, but they would remove it for you if you wished. They had everything as good as new when they were finished.
