Two workers arrived on time agreed. They came into the house and reviewed work to be done. They confirmed the price of the job at this time. They asked questions about our expectations. There were no problems. They then started the job and continued until it was finished. Everything went as planned.

They did an excellent job. They were the ones who suggested that we get the protective coating on our carpets and I am glad that we did. Their price was reasonable considering all the rooms that were done. We would definitely recommend them.

Work was performed very well, but price was a little high. There is a minimum charge of $75.00. I only needed one room cleaned and because it was 5 sq. ft. over 300 sq. ft. an additional charge was assessed. With some of their specials I could have had multiple rooms cleaned for about the same charge.

When Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaners came to my home to clean my chair and ottoman for me, I asked them to treat when they were done with a stain resistor. My grandson had spilled several stains on the chair that I honestly did not think they would get out. They removed all stains. They were very professional and courteous. They came on time for the appointment. When they finished, they put a stain guard on the chair. They explained how to clean up any spills so they would not stain again. They were very thoughtful and left me no cleanup at all.

We've used Stanley Steemer before; they had a special going, so we called them again. It took two hours to complete the work. They moved some of our lighter furniture and used Scotchguard in one room. They pulled up 90% of the stains but the ones they left were deep stains.

They showed up with their cleaning equipment and after minimum movement of furniture, the two men vigorously cleaned each room and did not stop until all six were done. They really looked nice and they replaced the furniture on small blocks. They did a great job and in only an hour.

They were very quick to come out and they were here on time. I think that they charged a lot of money, for the little time that they were there. I think being they only had one room done. I thought that they could have offered me a discount of some kind. If I need to have the carpets cleaned again, I will definitely do some shopping around.

I ve used them for several years, but this time, I m not jumping for joy over it, because it s not as good, as it should be. The two gentlemen were polite, and friendly, but I think they just got in too big of a hurry. They were on time and did what they were supposed to do. They just didn t take their time. They offered to come back out and redo it, but I said I'd wait. They did ok and I will continue to use them.

Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner sent one man out to do the job. He took his time as he was very thorough in cleaning our carpets. He only took one break. I didn't have any furniture that he needed to move.

I really didn't enjoy the services I received from Stanley Steamer. I had to pay an extra $25 dollars to have them spray a special chemical and honestly the guy just stood there in the middle of the floor and sprayed the chemical. After they left, I found a great big space on one of our carpets that wasn't even touched. The price was OK but I might not hire them again.

I was very pleased with the service and have been using the company for awhile now. We will continue to use them and let people know that this is a good company and they do good work. The workers are friendly and they do not take long at all to do the work.

It only took them about two hours to complete all three rooms of carpet in our home and that included moving furniture and placing it back when they were done with each room.
