They arrived promptly, dressed professional, asked detailed questions. They took excellent care of my home, and furniture during the process. Everything was put exactly the way it was before they moved it. They were considerate of my time. I can't say enough good about them! They did a fantastic job!!

They do excellent work. They are always on time and prompt. They go above and beyond the call of duty. They were even able to get blue ink out of my white carpets.

I have a regular service plan with them. I would rate them highly. I would use them in the future.

In the past they have really done a good job than the last time I used them. I am actually looking for another carpet cleaner now because the last time they came out they did not do a really good job with the carpet because they were really quick and did not seem to do a good job. The whole house cost like $400.00 to get cleaned. If I had to spend lot of money, I was looking for work to be done. They showed up when they said they would show up. They were reliable but the quality was not what it really was.

They do a great job. I will absolutely use them in the future.

o I called on Dec. 15 to discuss having my carpet cleaned. I had not used Stanley Steemer before. The telephone representative was friendly and knowledgeable. She had a crew available for the next day and said they would call between 11:00 and 2:00 to let me know the exact arrival time. She quoted me a price for the areas I specified. At 11:00 on Dec. 16, I was called by the crew which arrived shortly thereafter. The crew consisted of two men both of whom were professional in attire and demeanor. They went immediately to work and were finishded within the estmated two hours. All stain spots were removed and the carpet looked fresh and clean. The price I was billed was consistent with the the telephone quote (I did pay an addition $16 for a bottle of spot cleaner). I will use Stanley Steemer again and recommend them to others.

We called them to come and steam clean a used couch and chair we bought. I wanted them to be cleaned before use because they were used, and smelled musty. The earliest they could schedule us was over a week later. They came on time and it only took about 30-45 minutes. The couch took a couple of days to dry. I can only trust that they are clean, because they don't look or smell any different. We've tried febreeze, too. I guess I'm disappointed that I paid so much and didn't see a difference, but Stanley did everything they said they would.

It went pretty well. They were fairly punctual and got right to business. I had most of the furniture moved about and the floors vacuumed and ready to go. There were several ground in dirt places, but they did a good job of cleaning them up. They sold me on a new welcome mat and some spot remover that I had tried in the past and liked, so in reality it would have only been 335 bucks. They actually went above and beyond what I had asked them to do, so I felt they did a great job for the price. I gave 'em a 5 buck tip too for not breaking anything.

This company is professional and reliable. We move the furniture for them. They cleaned up things after they were finished. We weren't pleased with the cleaning in the three bedroom house so they came back and cleaned it again for us.

The scheduling was no problem. Two guys showed up and set everything up to do the work. The work was okay. I wasn't terribly impressed. I asked about cleaning two large rugs as well but the price they wanted to charge was higher than doing the carpet. I chose not to do the rugs based on price. They tried to sell me some other items that I was not interested in based on price. To be honest, the work was probably satisfactory but the guys were not very professional. The main one that handled the job was fairly polite. However, I thought the second guy was rude and based on his lack of professionalism and the average job that was done, I would likely look at getting someone else for future carpet cleaning. ***On a side note, Stanley Steemer has done the carpets where I work and we have not had a problem. My company will likely use them again. Maybe the residential crews are not as professional.

The only area that even looked like it had been some-what cleaned in the center of it was not to our satisfaction. The outer areas of the carpet hadn't even been touched. The carpet looked beige on the edges and white in the middle. It all should have been one color... white. Was very displeased with the crappy job they did. Would suggest you try other companies in this area to get your carpets cleaned.

Most if not all of the stains in the carpet came out. We called in the morning and they were out that afternoon. Considering that we were in the process of moving they were willing to work around what we needed them to.

Positive experience overall. Scheduling was professionally handled and very courteous even after I found I needed to reschedule not only once but twice! The cleaning guys called before coming to confirm. The cleaning process was quick and efficient with good outcome. I was asked once about "extras", but I declined and was not pressured. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

They were very prompt and professional and they did a great job. We were extremely impressed by how well the dirty carpets cleaned up. We had to reschedule the cleaning to a few days after the original appointment because we were not as finished packing up the house as we thought we'd be and they were happy to reschedule with no problems or complaints. The cleaners were friendly and quick, but they did a thorough job. At the end, I asked them how much it would cost to clean an area rug; the price they quoted was a little high (50 cents per square foot), so I didn't use them for that service...but I know they would have done a great job on that, too.
