Description of Work: They did a great job cleaning our carpets. I've used them in every town I've lived in and they always do a great job. They are a little pricey. but its definitely worth the extra money. They are the only carpet cleaning company that always extract all the dirt in the carpet. You can actually see the dirt coming out of the carpet. They also do deodorizing and it really works.

Description of Work: They cleaned two chairs and a large carpet extremely well. They actually managed to get rid of dog's urine odor. Really impressed. AND...they hooked up my cable for me while they were here! Really nice guys.

Description of Work: My family is EXTREMELY h carpets!!! I have two German shepards on top of two very active chilren. My carpets get red clay on them from outside, make up stains from my teenage, juice stains so on and so on!!! Zeb came out about a year ago for the first time. I took all of his advise on how to protect the carpet with the services they offered. The first round seemed expensive but then through out the year I have had him back 3 times and everytime he leaves it looks like I have brand new carpet installed!!! Zeb is truely a professional! He takes his time and goes above and beyond in his service to the customer!!!

 + -1 moreI have only had to call them back once to move something, so they could clean the carpet underneath it. They didn t have a problem at all coming back and they never left any mess for me to clean up. They sent out really polite men to do the work and their price was about average.

 + -1 moreI had the most horrible experience with Stanley Steamer when they came out clean my carpet. Instead of cleaning my carpets, they flooded my whole condo. It to days to get all the water sucked out and Stanley Steamer's insurance had pay to replace the carpet. It was very difficult working with them trying to remedy the situation. They didn't seem to want to anything quickly. I will never use them again.

 + -1 moreThey are always great on spots and traffic areas. I have used them several other times because the service is consistent. Two cleaners spent close to three hours on my home, they did every bedroom, living room, halls, etc. The one guy did mention that they offer things like spot treatments and furniture cleaning. I felt put on the spot a little by him wanting me to spend more than the $400 I was already spending on the job. I just said no firmly and he did drop it and do a good job with what I paid for.
