Description of Work: They did a great job cleaning our carpets. I've used them in every town I've lived in and they always do a great job. They are a little pricey. but its definitely worth the extra money. They are the only carpet cleaning company that always extract all the dirt in the carpet. You can actually see the dirt coming out of the carpet. They also do deodorizing and it really works.

Description of Work: My family is EXTREMELY h carpets!!! I have two German shepards on top of two very active chilren. My carpets get red clay on them from outside, make up stains from my teenage, juice stains so on and so on!!! Zeb came out about a year ago for the first time. I took all of his advise on how to protect the carpet with the services they offered. The first round seemed expensive but then through out the year I have had him back 3 times and everytime he leaves it looks like I have brand new carpet installed!!! Zeb is truely a professional! He takes his time and goes above and beyond in his service to the customer!!!

 + -1 moreI was very impressed with Stanley Steamer when I called and told them about the mess that my dog had left all over the floor and they told me they could be out within the hour. They did such a wonderful job on cleaning up the mess in such a quick time I would never call anywhere else to have my carpets cleaned.

 + -1 moreI felt like they rubbed the carpet too hard and I thought they were going to take the carpet off. It was not really that dirty and I was just not pleased with the job that they did. I don t feel it was necessary for them to scrub that hard. They did not move the furniture because all they cleaned was the open area. They did not clean under anything and they left the floor really wet and it took it about a week to dry.
Description of Work: The technician cleaned the carpet in my master bedroom and my family room. There was no furniture for him to move, because he just cleaned the open area.

 + -1 moreStanley Steemer moved our furniture for us, but they didn t let the carpeting dry, before they replaced it. That caused some of my wooden furniture to bleed into the carpeting. They were running a special for having five rooms cleaned, it would cost $399. So I thought I would give them a try. I wouldn't swear to that price, but I do know, I wouldn't give them another try.

 + -1 moreI think Stanley Steemer is a very professional and reputable company, and they did a great job on my carpet. They have fairly reasonable prices and I would highly recommend them. You know when they ve cleaned your carpet, because it is totally clean.
Description of Work: They steam cleaned my carpet throughout my house, which consisted of twelve hundred square feet of cleaning. They didn t move the furniture because I didn t want them too, but they put little cup holders underneath the furniture. They also spot treated the carpet first.
