Bruce and his staff were great. Had to replace an old (~16 year) system with a brand new one after the old one majorly failed. After giving me quotes for a repair vs new install, I figured installing a new system, while obviously more expensive, made the most sense given the system's age, and would also be a good selling-point for the house in the future. After making the decision to install a new system, they immediately arranged for the new components and came out within 36 hours of the quoting process to do the full removal and new installation. They started around 9am and were finished by ~2:30pm. So far so good with the new system!
