Description of Work: Tore out 40 year old drains that were leaking in several areas. Included 2 tubs, 2 sinks, 2 toilets, main 3 inch drain, and laundry drains. Replaced all drains, tub stopper, reset toilets, etc. Every thing drains well now. Had not for years. Team was very professional and knowledgeable. Arrived on time (early) and took about as long as they planned. There was an advance trip to evaluate, plan, and give me an estimate on how long the job would take at no cost. I will use again.

Description of Work: BIG PROBLEMThere is an external staircase to a basement door in my 65 year-old home. With the rains we have in Knoxville, the drain at the base of the stairs could not handle long or heavy downpours and the basement was often flooded. And, although this drain was connected to a sump pump just inside the door, water still could not be managed and the basement continued to flood. Additionally, pine needles, mulch, and other debris constantly clogged the external floor drain and pipe that went to the sump pump. UNIQUE SOLUTIONAfter much review of the problem, and considerable problem solving on the part of Southeastern, they came up with the solution. A specific kind of pump would be required, as well as a specific kind of basin to be sunk into the pad at the bottom of the external stairs. Luckily, the location of my stairwell allowed for easy disposal of rainwater to daylight without much expense. The drain now works extremely well and my basement no longer floods. And, due to the type of pump and basin used, debris is no longer an issue. SAVING A HOUSENow, some would think me crazy to spend considerable money on this issue. Obviously, persons who lived in this house prior to my purchase of it four years ago did not mind living with a flooding basement. I can see that solutions were attempted, but they failed to do the job. Besides a potential mold problem, eventually the basement and walls would decay due to the flooding. In time, there would be no fix possible and the house would fall to ruin. You cannot imagine how thrilled I am with my new pump and THE FACT THAT MY BASEMENT WILL NOT FLOOD AGAIN. Yeah!!! They won't give you a band-aid when what is needed is surgery. They work to FIX your problem even if it is complicated and requires thinking outside-of-the-box.

Description of Work: We usually use Kington Plumbing, but when I called them and asked for help fixing our garbage disposal, they said they didn't do anything electrical, but he recommended Southeastern Plumbing. I made an appt. and they came out in 2 days after I called. The guy they sent looked so young I almost didn't trust he would do a good job. Anyway he checked the disposal and said we needed a new one and he had to go and get one. At a quoted price of $90 an hour.I told him to hurry-lol, and he did. He was back here in 30 minutes and it only took him about 20 minutes to install the new disposal. Bless his heart, he still looked too young but everybody looks young to me any more!
