Description of Work: Scott has done 3 jobs for me over the past 2-3 years. Scott planned and installed floor to celing cabinets in my laundry room. He is a great worker, very professional, and cleans up his mess. I have used him for two outside projects...rejuvenating my screened in porch, hanging a door there, and putting up screen and painting. He also dyed the concrete floor and sealed it. The next year he did a superb job putting in outside pavers to concrete an outside patio. He did a great job with that at half the cost of a local nursery. I am always pleased with his work. He is a wonderful young professional and is serious about doing his work. You will not be disapointed! Give him a try! He will give you a good estimate and will work you in when you want the work done.

Description of Work: I purchased a "fixer upper" home in August 2011. A family member had hired Scott Smith to do some repairs at their home, as well as friends had also hired him. New to the area I had no idea who to hire or trust. So upon friends and family recommendations, I hired Scott Smith to do a total reno on my home.. new roof. elect. AC, HVAC.. electrical, flooring, windows. yard, decking, baths, plumbing. There were some things that he contracted out, such as the roof and electrical.. but he made contact with the companies and was there to insure that the company arrived on time and did what they promised, then inspected the work afterward, making sure it was to my liking also. The items Scott performed were.. gutted and installed entire main bath and master bath, tile, new tub, shower, plumbing, vanity.. etc.. beautifully done!!! I couldn't be more please. New tile flooring throughout the kitchen, painting, cabinets, sinks. DW, Oven, Micro. and Refrig.. ..painted entire home, crown molding throughout the home and framed all windows. New windows throughout also.... new Garage door and motor,, new entrance door to the garage, new insulation in the attack.. repaired double fireplace which included repairing outside brick, and flashing, and vent covers. Repaired ceiling damage also where the old chimney had leaked.. . Also provided names of several other business' for items that I wanted done.. also brought in other companies to provide estimates on work , and if I desired would contact them (ie. driveway repair/paving). Everything in my home has been renovated except for the foundation and outside brick.. You name it,, he did it. Extremely pleasant and easy to work with. Gave suggestions and recommended changed etc.. I will definitely use him again!!! I couldn't be more pleased. The quality of his work, his honesty, and professionalism can't be beat. He takes his time.. insures it's right.. so if you're in a hurry.. then move on to the chain stores.. From start to finish.. 8 weeks to complete
