They made prompt contact & were on time. Two young guys came, one in training. I knew some filming was between glass panels & told them I knew that part couldn't be cleaned. But, after they left I found rubber strips hanging from screens and mesh pulled out and loose because of it. None of the screens were hooked at the bottom, just slid behind side braces at the top, so they came right out. The company sent the 2 young men right back to fix it, and they did correct the mesh, but 1 said none of the screens were hooked when they came (we just bought the house but hadn't seen any of the hooks standing up unlatched. He said they couldn't get some of the windows open easily, so those screens couldn't be removed (means they must have been latched, & how did they clean the outside of the windows with screens up?). They didn't bother to tell us this at the time, and we paid $449 to include screen cleaning. Later I found 1 window left open 1 inch at the top, blinds and curtains not even reclosed as they found them, 2 broken sections in the removable slats that were just left hanging, several things they had moved away from windows but not scooted back in place. Did not seem like professional work at all. A week later one large screen had come completely out and was just on the deck floor lying tilted against the window, with loose mesh in the corner. I so wish I had never hired them. I intended to just let it slide & be a lesson learned, but I kept getting bugged for reviews. So here it is as it is.
