A crew was sent out to give an estimate. Everything was fine until it was discovered that we did not want a new roof, we simply needed repairs. After that no one would get back to us despite additional contacts.

Picked company because I know the owner and had heard other friends say he had done very good work on their jobs. I needed a hole patched in the ceiling, so I was definitely going to get that done, and then I decided to get an estimate on quarter round as well. I had been planning on doing it myself, but if I could get it done inexpensively I was going to hire someone to save time. I was guessing it would cost $500 or so just for the quarter round, so when he came back with an estimate under $500 for the whole thing, I was very happy and decided to let him do them both. They were very professional and the quality of the work was great. I've heard patching a ceiling is tough to get right, but mine looks perfectly smooth. We had one weird spot where the subfloor was uneven, so it required some extra troubleshooting trying to find a transition strip that worked. They put in a metal one in at first to stay within the estimate, but I said I was willing to pay more for one to match the others, so they found one and came back to install it.
